“Oh my, it really is quiet!” said Orsola like a kid intently watching a roller coaster. The others, like Agnes and Angeline, were also examining the washing machine’s operation from over her shoulders. They were treating it like people used to treat color televisions in the old days. It was extremely weird how they were all in their underwear, though.

“…You stole my belt just so you could see this?” Only Kanzaki was disheartened as she hung her head.

But suddenly, Sherry said to her, “Hey, Far Eastern religious sect person.”

“I’m currently nothing but a retired ninja, but what is it?”

“The manual. Did you read it?”

Kanzaki looked at her again in confusion. The brown-skinned, two-layer-negligee-wearing woman sighed as she moved her engraving knife, using it to point to the instruction manual on the floor.

“Well, it says here there’s a different setting for clothes that can bleed color and to separate them from regular laundry. Is your dyed obi going to be all right?”

“Gyaaahhh!!” screamed Kanzaki as she attacked the washing machine.

The saint gave it a fierce look, like she was going to punch it. All four of the former Roman Orthodox sisters used their complete strength to hold her back, but Kaori Kanzaki, using her incredible physical abilities, slipped through them all and grabbed the machine near the control panel.

“S-stop it! Where’s the button to stop the washing?!”

She glanced around the panel in a frenzy, searching. But she was never very good with machines, and the chaos didn’t help, either. The button should have been right there, but she didn’t even know where to begin.

Meanwhile, the washing machine kept on spinning.

Orsola, watching the tub through the clear lid, cried out in delight. “Miss Kanzaki, it is clearly washing all the stains from your obi!!”

“No, it’s just making it fade! You stupid vanguard of scientific civilization!!”

Kanzaki finally couldn’t stand it any longer. Even though the machine was still going, she ripped the clear lid off, mostly by force.

But inside was a cutting-edge spherical 360-degree rotating washing machine tub.

Before she had time to blink, water suddenly able to escape the centrifugal force splashed Kaori Kanzaki, causing her clothes to become see-through.

“W-wow. You really aren’t wearing any…”

A moment after Angeline’s careless remark, the former priestess actually yelled at her, then broke down crying.
