Abel’s declaration froze everyone in place. It wasn’t the utterance of a sane man.

「Abel. I ain’t gonna sugarcoat it—ya oughta stay in the hospital and sleep it off.」

Hyoue said it without so much as a smile. He meant it.

「I agree. Would it not be better for you to rest a little longer? It is true that your ideas have saved us time and again. But even if we rely on ‘legendary effects,’ I must advise that moving Orpheus with a mere Panjandrum will be difficult.」

Kinukawa seemed to be of the same mind.
