Chapter 7: First night in a Pull Up
Chapter 7: First night in a Pull Up
It was just me and Jenny in the room when she turned to me.
"Hey bud," she said softly. "I'm just gonna come out and say it. I saw your bed. The towel might've soaked most of it up, but you can't sleep on pee-soaked sheets. That's not sanitary. You should've come to me or Scott and told us you had an accident."
"I know..." I stared at the floor, nerves crawling up my throat. "I was nervous."
"I get that. But there's nothing to be nervous about." Her voice stayed calm, warm. "You wouldn't have been in trouble. I'd just rather you tell me than let it sit there. If I hadn't caught it today, you would've slept in it."
"I'm sorry," I whispered.
"It's okay, honey. It's done now."
She went into her closet. When she turned back around, my stomach dropped. She was holding the pack of pull-ups I'd refused last night. She opened it, pulled one out, and my heart sank even deeper.
"Wait—it was just an accident," I said quickly. "It was probably that cup of water I had before bed. I won't drink anything after a certain time."
"I know it was an accident, sweetie. That's what these are for." She sighed gently. "And yeah, the water didn't help. That crossed my mind last night too. But this isn't a punishment. I just can't wash sheets every morning, and I don't want the mattress to get ruined."
"Please... I swear it won't happen again." My eyes stung. The thought of anyone else knowing I had to wear what my baby sister and Jonny wore made my chest twist.
"Listen," she said, voice soft but firmer now. "If you can keep your pull-up dry for a few days, we can try without one again. But for now, this is what we're doing."
Hearing her call it my pull-up hit harder than anything else.
She held it out. "Go to your room and put this on."
I took it, feeling small. I wanted to argue, but we were still in the honeymoon stage, and I didn't want to start anything. I also didn't want anyone else knowing what was going on.
"Do I have to put it on now?" I asked, voice barely above a whisper. We were supposed to watch a movie, and that meant sitting with everyone while wearing it.
"Yeah, bud. I wanna relax and watch the movie without stopping for bedtime routines afterward. And I want to make sure it fits right."
"Okay... fine," I muttered and turned to leave.
I crossed into the hallway—right as Katie stepped out of her room. I froze, holding the pull-up in plain sight. She looked down, saw it before I could hide it, and let out a tiny giggle before heading downstairs.
My face burned so hot someone could've lit a match off it.
I bolted into the bathroom and shut the door.
I paced, looked at myself in the mirror, wiped my eyes, and finally accepted what I had to do. I slid off my pajama pants, opened the pull-up, stepped in, and pulled it up. The leg cuffs felt weird around my crotch at first, so I had to adjust it until it fit right. The padding around my butt and front made me look like a big toddler.
I turned sideways in the mirror — Mickey and Minnie on my butt, Mickey designs on the front. When I bent down to grab my pants, the pull-up crinkled, and it sounded so loud I swore the whole house could hear it.
I pulled my pants back on, but the bulge was obvious. Katie had already seen it... was she gonna tell Brianna? The thought made me dizzy.
When I stepped out into the hallway, the crinkle was still faint under my pants. Jenny spotted me.
"Does it fit good?" she asked.
"I think so..." My voice felt tiny.
She pulled me closer and tugged my waistband open to check. "Yeah, looks good," she said, then gave my butt a little pat.
My cheeks went nuclear. I hadn't felt that babyish since I actually was a baby.
"Alright, let's go down and start the movie."
"I'll be down in a minute," I said quickly. I wanted them already focused on the movie so no one would look at me too long. Plus the sound would hopefully hide the crinkle.
She headed downstairs, reminding me to be quiet because Jonny was asleep. I went to my room, practicing not waddling. The pull-up made walking feel weird — like the padding hugged every move I made. Was I overthinking? Probably. But I couldn't stop.
After I was sure the movie had started, I finally went downstairs. Everyone glanced at me for a second. Katie had the faintest smirk — maybe I imagined it, maybe I didn't.
Scott said he saved me a seat next to him. I sat, and the pull-up hugged my butt tighter, making its presence impossible to ignore. But eventually, the movie pulled me in. For a little while, I almost forgot.
Then I felt it — that pressure in my bladder.
I wasn't about to get up. No way. Not with the stairs, the crinkle, the attention.
I squirmed a little. Scott noticed.
"You okay? Need the bathroom?" he whispered.
"No, I'm good," I whispered back.
"You sure? I can pause it."
The idea of everyone watching me walk past them made my stomach flip.
"I just had an itch," I lied.
He raised an eyebrow but let it go.
But the pressure kept building. I held it as long as I could, but eventually I just... couldn't anymore. I relaxed, and warmth spread through the pull-up, soaking it fast. It swelled slightly between my legs, and panic shot through me.
I hadn't thought about that part.
Now it was going to be even more noticeable when I stood up. I'd have to wait for everyone else to get up first if I wanted to avoid anyone seeing.
For the rest of the movie, that was all I could think about.
