Chapter 325

In the first round of the competition, one had to collect ten black and white tokens each to pass the test.

Secondly, the top ten rewards would be given based on the number of black and white tokens.

Although Chen Yu didn't know what the rewards were, he had heard that as long as it was given out in the competition, it would definitely not be bad.

"If it's possible, I want to fight for the top ten as well."

Chen Yu thought to himself.

Currently, the chances of that happening were slim.

For example, the top students of the four great academies were almost invincible in the trial. Of course, the second and third ranked students were only second to the top students.

There were two ways to fight for the top ten.

First, steal a large number of tokens at the beginning of the trial.

Students outside of the four great academies had a large number of tokens and it was easy to steal them.

Second, steal the tokens from the top geniuses at the end of the trial.

In the end, every top genius would have a large number of tokens.

Every time they stole, the rewards would be bountiful.

At this moment, the Iron Moon Bizarre Insect that Chen Yu sent out found traces of other students.

In his sight.

A black-haired young man with a straight figure and a cold expression met with a fat man.

The fat man was the nineteenth ranked student of the Demon-Free Academy.

"Senior Ren, I didn't expect to meet you so soon!"

The fat man looked excited as he rushed over.

Although he was a student of the four great academies, his strength was the weakest. If he encountered students from the other four great academies, he would probably not have a good ending.

At this moment, he encountered Ren Han, who was ranked third in the academy.

The danger would be greatly reduced if he was with Ren Han.

"Mm, let's go together."

Ren Han's eyes were calm as he said coldly.

The fat man was overjoyed and came to Ren Han's side.

However, in the next moment, he revealed a painful expression and a trace of blood flowed out from the corner of his mouth.

He saw that his heart had been pierced by a white and slender claw, and blood was spurting out.

"Senior Ren …"

The fat man fell to the ground in disbelief.

Ren Han expressionlessly took away the storage bag and took out a bottle, sprinkling a dark green medicinal powder on it.

Instantly, the fat man's corpse started to burn.

From afar, Chen Yu was also shocked to see this.

Judging from the earlier situation, there should not be any grudges between the fat man and Ren Han. Otherwise, the fat man would not have approached Ren Han so excitedly and unguardedly.

However, Ren Han had suddenly attacked a student from the same academy!

At this moment, Ren Han glanced at a spot not far away and saw a dark blue dot.

"Not good, I've been discovered."

Chen Yu was secretly shocked.

Ren Han's senses and alertness were too strong.

Through the insect's vision, Chen Yu saw Ren Han fiercely thrust out his palm.

Boom!

A black palm blade that seemed almost corporeal slashed out like a small black saber, giving off a shocking demonic intent.

At the critical moment, the Iron Moon Strange Insect drilled into the ground and used the soil to offset most of the power of the palm.

Then, the Iron Moon Strange Insects quickly retreated underground.

"Ren Han is here."

Chen Yu immediately retreated.

However, in terms of speed, Ren Han might be slightly faster than him.

Given the grudges between Chen Yu and Ren Han, coupled with what he had seen, it would be strange if Ren Han would let him go.

Ren Han was ranked third in the academy. Even if Chen Yu used all his means, he might not be able to kill this person.

...

Swoosh!

A black shadow flashed rapidly in the ancient forest and came to an empty space.

"There was someone here just now!"

Ren Han's face was gloomy.

His gloomy, pitch-black eyes scanned the surroundings, searching for clues.

Suddenly, his ears twitched as if he had heard something. He then rushed forward.

In the sky above the ancient forest a few miles away.

A figure with a pair of broken black wings was floating in the air above the ancient forest, overlooking the depths of the ancient forest.

"He is so fast."

Chen Yu let out a sigh of relief.

The broken black wings on his back were the reward of the Big Hunting Competition.

If he had not used the wings in time, he might not have been able to get away so easily.

In the sky, Chen Yu had a very wide vision. He noticed that there was another student not far away and Ren Han was rushing towards this student.

The student handed over his token but was still killed by Ren Han.

Swish!

A dark blue light spot flew over and landed on Chen Yu's palm.

Ren Han's attack just now had caused a certain degree of damage to the Ironmoon Strange Insect. Fortunately, the injury was not serious and the insect's recovery was also very strong.

Whoosh!

Chen Yu flapped his wings and temporarily left this place.

In the distance, Chen Yu could see the end of the forest.

"There is a cave ahead."

Chen Yu controlled the wings and slowly descended.

Using the wings to fly consumed a lot of Genuine Qi.

However, when he landed, Chen Yu found that there was a team of three people in front of the cave.

The leader of the team was a person that Chen Yu was familiar with.

Thinking about it carefully, there were several people from Yunyang School who came to visit during the freshmen competition. The short-haired young man was one of them. He was very enthusiastic about Countess Ning. It was said that he was from the Lyu family of the Top Ten Ancient Clans. His name was Lyu Ze.

"Let's go and have a look first."

Chen Yu landed on the ground, folded his wings and approached the cave not far away.

Then, he sent the Ironmoon Strange Insect into the cave again to investigate the situation.

Boom! Bang!

Bang! The sound of fighting came from the cave.

He saw Lyu Ze and the other two fighting with seven or eight scorpions.

These scorpions were black and shiny, and there was a touch of bright red at the tip of the scorpion's tail. It was obvious that they were extremely poisonous.

There was a black spring in the cave. There were many precious materials in the middle of the spring, and there were some hatched eggs at the edge.

"These are 'Blackiron Demon Scorpions'. They have a trace of Ancient Beast's bloodline in their bodies. They are a top existence among the Demonic Beasts. There are six hatched eggs of the Blackiron Demon Scorpions!"

Lyu Ze's eyes fell on the hatched eggs in the cave with fiery eyes.

If these eggs hatched successfully, they would become six powerful spiritual pets under the cultivation of the family.

However, Chen Yu was not interested in the hatched eggs of the Blackiron Demon Scorpions. Instead, he was very interested in a precious material in the spring.

"Demonic Spirit Poisonous Heart Flower!"

The Demonic Spirit Poisonous Heart Flower was a rare demonic material. It contained the essence of demonic Dao, which could be quickly absorbed to improve one's cultivation.

However, the Demonic Spirit Poisonous Heart Flower was accompanied by a kind of poison that directly attacked the heart, causing unbearable pain.

Even so, precious materials that could improve one's cultivation were too rare. Even if this flower was poisonous, many demonic cultivators would still take the risk to eat it.

"However, the strength of these three people is not bad!"

Chen Yu did not act immediately.

Lyu Ze was from the Yunyang Institute. His cultivation was at the peak of the Innate Realm and he had the power of a bloodline.

Among the twenty people from the Yunyang Institute, he was ranked eighth.

However, the overall strength of the Yunyang Institute was very strong. He was ranked eighth, which was comparable to the top five of the Demon-Free Institute.

In addition to Lyu Ze, there were two late-stage Innate Realm students from other institutes.

"I will act after they kill the Blackiron Demon Scorpions."

Chen Yu made a plan in his mind.

He would let the Blackiron Demon Scorpions consume the True Qi of the three people first. After they solved the problem, Chen Yu would go in and get a share.

As long as Chen Yu showed his strength and could attract the attention of the other party, it would not be a problem to get a Demonic Spirit Poisonous Heart Flower.

In order to prevent accidents, Chen Yu asked the Ironmoon Strange Bug to withdraw from the cave and scout the surroundings.

If he rushed into the cave and other students rushed over, the situation would be troublesome.

Therefore, Chen Yu had to make sure that there was no one else nearby.

At a certain moment.

A red figure flashed in the vision of the Ironmoon Strange Bug.

"Jin Zhuofeng!"

Chen Yu's eyes narrowed.

Back in the Demonic Bone Wasteland, Jin Zhuofeng had secretly attacked him.

Of course, it was only in the dark. Jin Zhuofeng did not dare to kill Chen Yu in the open.

Later, when he found out that Chen Yu was not dead, Jin Zhuofeng's attitude changed greatly. He took great care of Chen Yu and even fought with Duan Xinyue.

"Then let's go and ask Senior for help."

Chen Yu grinned and controlled the Ironmoon Strange Bug to show itself, attracting Jin Zhuofeng's attention.

At the same time, Chen Yu quickly rushed over.

"Who is it?"

In the ancient forest, Jin Zhuofeng stared cautiously into the distance.

"Senior Jin, it's me."

Chen Yu said with a smile.

"Chen Yu?"

Jin Zhuofeng was slightly stunned, obviously not expecting to meet Chen Yu so soon.

Kill! Or not!

If he killed Chen Yu, he would be able to get huge benefits from Luo Haotian. Moreover, there were only the two of them in this trial ground, so it was safer.

However, Jin Zhuofeng did not have any grudges with Chen Yu and he had other concerns.

Chen Yu's master was the Vice President, so he might have a life-saving trump card that the Vice President gave him.

"Junior Chen, follow me. It's safer this way."

In the end, Jin Zhuofeng gave up the idea of killing Chen Yu.

In that case, he would temporarily win Chen Yu's favor and trust.

Firstly, it would be easy to kill Chen Yu and the success rate would be higher.

Secondly, there were Yuan Chen and the Vice President behind Chen Yu, so there would be some benefits to befriending them.

"Senior Jin, I just found a cave with a lot of precious materials and ores, but they have been occupied by other students."

Chen Yu said immediately.

"Oh? Where is it? "

Jin Zhuofeng asked immediately.

He also discovered that the precious materials in this trial ground were relatively old, and there were some rare materials in the outside world.

"Follow me."

Chen Yu led the way in front, bringing Jin Zhuofeng slowly to the cave.

Chen Yu did not disclose the specific information in the cave.

The two of them did not wait long.

The sound of fighting in the cave gradually weakened.

"Let's go."

Jin Zhuofeng shouted and immediately rushed out.

When they came to the cave, the Demonic Blackiron Scorpion inside had already been killed by the three of them.

They came to the incubating eggs and the pool, preparing to collect them.

"Who?"

Suddenly, Lu Ze looked at the entrance of the cave and shouted.

Then, Jin Zhuofeng and Chen Yu walked over slowly.

"We want some of the things here too."

When Jin Zhuofeng saw the three enemies, he was a little relieved and said coldly.

Lu Ze was ranked eighth in Yunyang School, and should be on par with him. The other two were from other schools, and their strength was not too strong. Chen Yu was enough to deal with them.

He believed that in such an evenly matched situation, Lv Ze would not fight head-on.

However, when Lu Ze looked at Chen Yu, he showed a different expression.

Last time, he and Princess Ning visited the Freshmen Competition of the No-Demon School. Because Princess Ning praised Chen Yu, Lu Ze was jealous.

In Lu Ze's eyes, Chen Yu was just an ant, and could never catch up with him.

But now, not only had Chen Yu become the Deputy Dean's disciple, but he had also participated in the Freshmen Competition and competed with him on the same stage. This made Lu Ze extremely disgusted with Chen Yu and wanted him to disappear.

"Haha, I have long wanted to meet the students of the No-Demon School!"

Lu Ze showed a cruel smile.

Jin Zhuofeng frowned slightly. The other party was so domineering and unwilling to share the resources here.
