Volume 11, Chapter 775 – Exterminating the Immortal Alliance (Part 1)
Although Qi Huang’s physical cultivation had only reached the Divine Realm, her Divine Sense was terrifyingly at the Human Immortal Realm level. With such strength, not to mention some so-called youthful genius, even that old undying Lu Lin would not be able to react in time to her slap.
Zheng Wang’s face still carried a look of confusion as his body was sent flying like a torn sack under the gaze of the crowd. He crashed into the Immortal Alliance’s walls, leaving behind a huge skull-shaped indentation before his figure disappeared into the billowing dust.
In that instant, silence fell all around. Even cultivators far away noticed the anomaly, staring wide-eyed, mouths agape.
Qi Huang calmly drew back her hand, then pulled out a handkerchief to wipe her fair palm with disdain. Inwardly, she was puzzled: “This Zheng Wang is clearly the Zheng Clan’s foremost immortal seed, so why does he not have Immortal Might protecting his body? It feels as though I’m bullying a child.”
Though she was doubtful, Qi Huang did not intend to delve deeper. She knew that every Immortal Clan had its own rules. Being the foremost immortal seed did not necessarily guarantee one’s name would be engraved upon the Immortal Stele.
“Who is this hot-headed fool? Daring to strike Zheng Clan’s foremost immortal seed, does ‘he’ not fear that Zheng Wang might have Immortal Might protecting him?”
“Probably some bumpkin from the countryside!”
“Bumpkin? How could a bumpkin possess such terrifying strength? With a single slap, he sent Zheng Wang, an early-stage Divine Realm cultivator, flying.”
“It is strange though. As Zheng Clan’s foremost immortal seed, why didn’t Zheng Wang have Immortal Might guarding him?”
“You don’t understand. Zheng Clan has for generations recklessly carved names upon the Immortal Stele, leaving little blank space. For sustainable continuation, their patriarch decreed that only the strongest descendant of each generation would qualify to engrave their name.”
“Now I get it. In this generation, Zheng Wang’s cousin Zheng Wei should be the strongest, right? He was ranked among the top ten monstrous geniuses of the last cycle.”
“Yes. Rumor has it Zheng Wei’s cultivation has already reached the mid-stage of the Divine Realm. If Zheng Wang wishes to engrave his name upon the Immortal Stele, he must first defeat his cousin.”
Only after quite some time did the surrounding cultivators recover from their shock, breaking into heated discussion.
‘So that’s how it is.’
Qi Huang’s inner doubts were dispelled.
Lu Lin, though brimming with anger, was an old fox after all. Rationality quickly prevailed, and he immediately retreated cautiously.
The Zheng Clan, however, was far less composed. Watching their foremost immortal seed get inexplicably slapped away by an “unknown nobody” was intolerable for these usually lofty descendants of immortals, especially Zheng Wang’s parents.

“My son!”
Zheng Wang’s mother, sobbing with tears streaming down, rushed toward where her son had fallen.
“How dare you strike my son! You must be tired of living!”
The veins bulged on Zheng Wang’s father Zheng Pan’s forehead. He raised a long spear, its strike darting forth like a venomous tongue, piercing through the air toward Qi Huang. The sharp spearhead tore through space, releasing an ear-piercing screech.
“What speed! What power!”
Those nearby were secretly alarmed. This attack carried the might of a late-stage Divine Realm expert.
But Qi Huang did not dodge. A strand of her hair suddenly extended and shot forward ghost-like. Twisting like a serpent, it coiled around the spear and gave a gentle tug.
Shua!
Though Zheng Pan’s spear was lightning fast, before he could even reach Qi Huang, it had already shattered into broken pieces that clattered to the ground.
A look of confusion flashed across Zheng Pan’s face, quickly replaced by horror as he scrambled backward in retreat.
But Qi Huang would not let him come and go freely. That strand of hair pierced straight into Zheng Pan’s abdomen, then lashed several times in succession.
“Ah!”
Zheng Pan let out a miserable cry, legs buckling as he collapsed to the ground.
“Wah!”
At last, the onlookers realized how terrifying Qi Huang was. Fear spread like wildfire as they scrambled backward in panic. Even the rest of the Zheng Clan recoiled, their blazing anger extinguished in an instant, replaced by icy dread.
The Immortal Alliance members had already drawn their weapons, each one watching Qi Huang with utmost vigilance.

“Who exactly are you?”
Lu Lin steadied himself with a deep breath, forcing calm into his voice.
“Me? Why, I’m the one you’ve all been waiting for.”
A playful smile curled across Qi Huang’s lips. With a flick of her Divine Sense, the superficial disguises she wore melted away, revealing the green dress and veil beneath.
“It’s Qi Huang! Qi Huang! She’s Cheng Hongling’s doppelgänger!”
Those who had seen her before cried out in shock. Terror spread; some stumbled backward, others fled outright.
“What? She is Qi Huang?”
The distant crowd of tens of thousands erupted, eyes bulging in disbelief.
“That’s right. I am Qi Huang. Since Zheng Clan’s immortal seed insisted on challenging me, I could only grant his wish.”
Qi Huang crossed her arms leisurely as she spoke.
Lu Lin’s face changed drastically, though he forced composure: “You are truly reckless, daring to attend this banquet alone.”
“Who said I came alone?”
Qi Huang retorted. With a flick of her Divine Sense, dozens of spatial rings floated before her.
Just as the crowd wondered, figures began emerging from the rings one after another. In moments, seven to eight hundred people stood assembled.
“Enemy attack! Enemy attack!”
The Immortal Alliance members panicked, retreating again before calling for reinforcements from afar.

Soon, more high-ranking members and disciples of the Alliance rushed over, surrounding Qi Huang and her group in layers. A forest of blades glinted coldly under the sun, dazzling to the eye.
“Why did you release us only now?”
Cheng Hongling, displeased, scolded. She had been worried her beloved would face danger alone.
“I couldn’t help it. The innkeeper of Wenxiang Pavilion fled, so I had to check whether the dishes were being properly prepared. We invited so many guests from afar to Wuye City; we must at least ensure good food and drink.”
Qi Huang feigned helplessness.
Cheng Hongling clearly didn’t believe her, but she didn’t press the matter.
“So this is Wuye City? They bragged so much, but it looks no better than our Honghua Sect.”
“Exactly! To call this the capital of the strongest empire in the cultivation world, it’s undeserved fame. Such a fine location, wasted.”
“Isn’t that obvious? With the Immortal Alliance as a parasite here, even if Wuye City were in the middle of the sea, it would still be drained dry.”
Ruan Lingyu, Yun Fei, and several other senior sisters chirped without restraint, emboldened by Qi Huang’s presence.
“We reached Wuye City in just a few hours. It seems Fairy Qi’s strength really has reached the Heavenly Tribulation Realm. I wonder how strong her main body is?”
“Definitely stronger. Otherwise, how could she have slain the Immortal Alliance’s Vice Leader? That clearly wasn’t luck.”
“So today we can speak freely? I must reveal to the world all the heinous deeds committed by the Immortal Alliance.”
“What’s the use of revealing them? The main thing is to help Fairy Cheng and Fairy Qi eradicate this poisonous tumor.”
The friends and relatives unfamiliar with Qi Huang’s true strength now brimmed with confidence.
“Heh, with just you rabble, to talk about eradicating the Immortal Alliance, it’s sheer overestimation.”

Lu Lin sneered, contempt thick on his face. After all, their numbers were overwhelming, and he had Immortal Clan elders backing him.
“You’re mistaken. The only one here to eradicate the Immortal Alliance is me. As for them—”
Qi Huang gestured to the seven or eight hundred friends and kin. “They have only two purposes for coming here: first, to sightsee; second, to expose the true face of Immortal Alliance.”
“What arrogance! Do you know how many Immortal Clan elders the Alliance has? You talk of annihilation, do you think you can resist Immortal Might itself?”
Elder Xiao leapt out to support the scolding.
“No rush. Once we sit down and drink some water, you’ll understand.”
Qi Huang ignored him, preparing to lead her companions to take their seats.
“Stop! This banquet is prepared by the Immortal Alliance for its victory celebration. Who do you think you are, daring to sit first?”
Elder Xiao barked domineeringly. With Immortal Might on his side, he naturally dismissed Qi Huang.
“Have you considered the possibility that this banquet was actually booked by me?”
Qi Huang kindly reminded.
“Who booked it doesn’t matter. The Alliance Leader said this banquet today is solely for the Alliance’s celebration.”
Elder Xiao’s tone was hard.
“You wish to sit first? Fine. But I’ve made it clear already, this banquet is a mourning feast. By custom, only the dead may take their seats first. If you insist on sitting, you must first become a corpse.”
Qi Huang’s expression turned wicked as she spoke.
