Volume 14, Chapter 893 – Sword Qi Pierces the Heavens
Qi Huang let out a slight breath of relief when she heard that voice, then withdrew her boundless demonic hair.
“Pulling? Why stop pulling now?”
Standing just outside the Divine Sense barrier, Yin Wan mocked her. His voice, bolstered by True Qi, echoed across the entire Xiannu Planet.
“The Alliance Leader of the Immortal Alliance has graced us with his presence. If I kept pulling, wouldn’t that be terribly disrespectful?”
Qi Huang replied, her tone calm, unflustered.
“What? He’s the Alliance Leader of the Immortal Alliance? We’re doomed now.”
“The National Preceptor too… We warned her long ago to hide Xiannu Planet, but she refused to listen. And now, look… caught by the Immortal Alliance in one sweep.”
“What Immortal Alliance? If we don’t deal with that demonic tree soon, we’ll be annihilated before they even need to make a move.”
The evil spirits had long been tormented by the demonic tree. Upon hearing these words, their final defenses collapsed. Wails and cries erupted from every direction.
“Heh, couldn’t pull it, huh? You’re pretty good at saving face.”
Yin Wan sneered without mercy.
“Indeed. This is a withered branch at the peak of the Heavenly Demon level. And you think your pitiful strength could shake it?”
Yan Yi chimed in, kicking her while she was down.
“Oh? That strong, is it?”
Feigning surprise, Qi Huang asked curiously, “Heavenly Demon? So that’s from the Celestial Realm, then? Same level as the Celestials?”
“No, they’re on par with Celestials and Heavenly Devils,” Yin Wan shook his head.
“This Preceptor is genuinely curious. Immortals are called ‘Celestials’ after ascension, but what about the ghost race and the demon race? If they’re called Heavenly Demons and Heavenly Devils, doesn’t that completely confuse things with the Heavenly Demon Realm and Heavenly Devil Realm?”
Qi Huang asked with an eager thirst for knowledge.
“All races that ascend to the Celestial Realm are called ‘Celestials’ because they’ve all been acknowledged by the Heavenly Dao and shed their mortal forms. There’s no longer any distinction between human, demon, ghost, or monster.”
Yin Wan was actually quite enthusiastic in his explanation.
“Is that so? So, according to you, if one isn’t recognized by the Heavenly Dao, they can’t ascend to the Celestial Realm?”

Qi Huang mused aloud.
“Of course. These myriad worlds were all created by the Five Elements Heavenly Dao. How could it allow aberrant beings to exist? So I advise you to surrender peacefully. You might still have a sliver of hope.”
A look of pious reverence appeared on Yin Wan’s face.
“Surrender? And hand my fate over to the Heavenly Dao? Do you even remember the original intent behind cultivating immortality?”
Qi Huang shot back.
“Naturally. It’s to rid the world of all evil spirits for the Heavenly Dao.”
Yin Wan spoke a blatant lie without blinking.
“Really? Now I finally understand why people like you are called Celestials. You ought to be called Heavenly Slaves instead.”
Qi Huang threw out a sharp jab, but quickly corrected herself, “Oh, wait. There are already ranks called Heavenly Slave and Heavenly Servant. You’re beneath even them. At most, you’re a Heavenly Dog!”
“Heh, if I were you, I’d be begging for mercy instead of provoking the Alliance Leader like a madwoman. It won’t end well for you.”
Yan Yi shook his head in pity.
“There’s no more chance.”
Yin Wan looked at Qi Huang with pity, then said, “Before we strike, allow me to thank you. If it weren’t for your so-called ‘Reunion Ceremony’ drawing so many evil spirits together, we wouldn’t have been able to find them so easily.”
“Sigh! If only I hadn’t come…”
A dispirited evil spirit muttered.
“Then have you ever wondered why I dared to hold such a public reunion ceremony in the first place?”
Qi Huang responded calmly with a question of her own.
“Why? Because of that poisonous zombie? I’m afraid you’ll be disappointed. With me here today, not even she could change the outcome.”
Yin Wan spoke confidently.
“Hehe…”

Qi Huang laughed softly, then raised her voice deliberately, “Did you hear that? Someone’s looking down on you!”
“Playing the provocation game now, are we? What a bad influence for someone your age.”
On that desolate planet, An Xuan shook her head helplessly. She pulled out an activation crossbow and opened a teleportation gate toward Xiannu Planet. Thanks to the Heaven-Deceiving Water coating the gate, she wasn’t afraid of being detected.
The Immortal Alliance’s people glanced about warily, trying to spot a trace of An Xuan, but they found nothing.
“Heh, I’m starting to wonder if she might actually be working with you.”
Yin Wan’s expression twisted with mockery.
“You’ll know soon enough.”
Qi Huang shot back without backing down, though she wasn’t entirely confident. An Xuan had indeed arrived, but her purpose remained uncertain.
“Alliance Leader Yin, enough talking. Strike now.”
A familiar voice urged from the side. It was none other than the Ziji Immortal Emperor, looking to redeem his earlier humiliation.
“Isn’t this the Ziji Immortal Emperor? In Ziji City, you had your Imperial Weapon to rely on, and I couldn’t touch you. But now, we’re on Xiannu Planet. How much power does your Imperial Weapon still have?”
Qi Huang coolly goaded him.
“You’ll find out soon enough. Today, I swear I will reclaim the spoils of that battle.”
The Ziji Immortal Emperor’s expression twisted in rage. Since he’d been robbed by this woman, he’d lived in disgrace, mocked wherever he went.
“Enough small talk. Prepare to become the eternal sinner of the ghost race.”
Yin Wan’s gaze turned sharp. His Divine Sense transformed into a ten-thousand-zhang longsword, carrying immense spatial turbulence as it slashed toward the Divine Sense barrier.
“Hmph, when it comes to Divine Sense, do you think this Preceptor fears you?”
Qi Huang snorted coldly. Her own Divine Sense surged into the sky, quickly reinforcing the outer barrier of Xiannu Planet.
BOOM…!
Two terrifying Divine Senses collided, instantly unleashing a tsunami of spiritual shockwaves in every direction.

The Immortal Alliance’s forces scrambled to raise protective barriers, desperately resisting the blast. Nearby planets weren’t so lucky… one by one, they crumbled into dust.
“Divine Sense at the fifth level of the Heavenly Immortal Realm?”
Yin Wan’s breath caught in his throat.
“Alliance Leader Yin, did I lie to you?”
The Ziji Immortal Emperor spoke with lingering fear.
“Now I understand why you’re so confident. I’m truly curious. Where have you been hiding all this time to grow so powerful in secret?”
Yin Wan’s tone finally turned serious.
“Hiding? This Preceptor never hid. It’s you who were too incompetent to find me.”
Qi Huang never missed a chance to mock the lackeys of the Heavenly Dao. Perhaps because of Lu Yao, she had grown to detest such people.
“I admit I underestimated you. But what does that change? As long as the Solar Tree exists, your ghost race will face certain death today.”
Yin Wan calmly folded his arms. With the Solar Tree in play, there was no need for him to risk anything.
“Preceptor! Save us!”
Just then, countless evil spirits cried out to Qi Huang for help. Under the weakening effects of the Solar Tree’s pollen, their strength had plummeted. There were no longer any Monarch or Kinship-grade evil spirits left… the strongest now were only Master-grade.
“You really think I have no way to deal with the demon tree?”
Qi Huang’s lips curved into a faint smile. The power of Assimilation surged from her body, transforming into a pink domain that spread in all directions. Wherever it passed, the Five Elemental Spiritual Qi was instantly converted into Assimilation Qi.
“This is… No… This is Assimilation Qi!”
Yin Wan’s face finally changed. He summoned his sword and charged toward the barrier.
But just then, a bolt of black lightning struck like a phantom. Wherever it passed, corpse poison oozed out, corroding spatial barriers with blotches of decay.
Yin Wan was caught completely off guard and hastily switched to defense.
DING!

A metallic ring sounded as the black figure’s fist smashed him hundreds of zhang into the distance.
That slender shadow withdrew her elegant fist and gave it a symbolic blow. Her razor-sharp zombie claws shimmered with a sickly green sheen, the corpse poison corroding the surrounding space… it was a terrifying sight.
Yin Wan barely managed to stabilize himself. He looked at his trembling sword. On the blade, a small fist imprint had already started to spread its corpse poison outward.
CRACK!
After just two breaths, the sword gave way and shattered.
Yin Wan casually tossed it aside, narrowing his eyes at the black shadow. “So, you’ve finally shown yourself. You must be the poison zombie that attacked Ziji City!”
“Poison zombie? What a rude title. Is that the level of decorum we can expect from the Immortal Alliance Leader?”
The black shadow teased.
“Hahaha! Alliance Leader Yin, now do you see? Is she my friend or not?”
Qi Huang looked up and mocked him, because the one who had arrived was indeed An Xuan.
Yin Wan didn’t reply. Instead, he ordered the Immortal Alliance troops, “Attack Xiannu Planet with everything you’ve got! I’ll handle this poison zombie.”
“Yes!”
A million-strong Immortal Alliance army roared in unison and surged toward Xiannu Planet like a swarm of locusts.
Yin Wan summoned a new sword and charged at An Xuan.
“Darling, did you hear that? You may begin!”
Qi Huang immediately sent a mental message across the spatial barrier to Cheng Hongling on the other side.
Over in the Cultivation World, Cheng Hongling didn’t waste a word. She channeled her Profound Ice True Qi into the Blue-Scaled Sword, then plunged it into the spatial rift before her.
CRACK!
A crisp sound echoed as Cheng Hongling’s sword effortlessly pierced the spatial barrier of the Cultivation World. Half the blade entered the Immortal Realm, its pale blue sword qi shooting toward the heavens, blazing through the darkness like a beacon.
