Chapter 2 : Truth and Battle

Sitting together shiro thought about what he should tell his father, he decided not to tell the whole truth, only part of it.

Kiri : so shirou while I am thankful you brought illya to me, just how did you do it ?

illya : daddy little brother was so cool, he painted the castle pink and flew us across the world and even to space, it was so fun.

Kiri : WHAT

Sella (trembling ) : yes it was quite the scary experience.

Shirou : well dad, the truth is the night you saved me when I was uncouncious I had a dream about a humanoid starry being, he turned into a ball and entered me and suddenly I had information and powers.

illya : that is so cool, my brother is a superhero.

Kiri : and do you know what this being is ?

Shirou : yes, they are called celestalesapiens, they can turn their thoughts to a reality.

At this kiritsuga, sella and liz had their eyes almost pop out of their sockets, such power inside someone so young spells trouble, he might be at a level beyond sorcerors.

Kiri : and why did you not tell me ?

Shirou : well I did not want to burden you , you seemed to have so much stress, I did not want to add more to you.

Kiri(sighing) : shirou I am sorry you had to feel that way, I am so proud of you for saving your sister but it was dangerous.

illya : daddy please don't be mad at big brother, he only wanted to help.

Shirou : besides if I faced too much trouble I would have got illya and threw the castle into the sun.

At this both liz and sella paled even more at how close they were to a horrible death.

Shirou : if it makes you feel better I have this picture.

Taking the envelope, kiritsuga laughed at seeing the proud and royal ellizbern castle dyed pink, oh what he would do to see the face of Acht when he saw this.

Kiritsuga (laughing ): ok you are forgiven, but please be careful with your new powers.

Shirou : sure dad.

Kiritsuga : now I belieave we have a party to celebrate illya returning to us.

?? (Shouting) : did someone say a party.

Openning the door, a girl that looked in her last year of highschool, she had brown hair and a wooden sword with her.

Kiri : hi taiga.

Shirou : hi tiger.

Taiga( shouting ): DON'T CALL ME TIGER.

illya : umm daddy who is this ?

Kiri : this is our neighbor taiga , taiga say hi illya. Taiga this is my daughter illya.

Illya : hi.

Taiga : hello young lady, you may call me big sister since I take care of shirou and am like a big sister to him.

Shirou : more like I take care of you.

" no no no, I am the only big sister shirou needs " said illy throwing a tantrum and hugging shirou.

Shirou : don't worry illya nothing can replace you, besides taiga is like a big cat, she comes to us to eat and later leaves.

Taiga : who you calling a cat, that's it shirou I challenge you to a fight.

Shirou sighed this was not the first time taiga challenged him to a fight, he remmembered the first time she did it, she could not land a single hit on him even using dirty tactics like pretending to give up or throwing pepper in his face, thankfully his spidersense helped him evade all her hits and from that day she had tried to rope him into fights all the time.

Shirou : no thanks.

Taiga : what are you scared ?

Before shirou could say anything illya spoke:" brother is not afraid of anything, he is the strongest right onee chan " said illya looking intently at shirou.

Looking at illya , shirou felt the sudden urge to show off and make her see how cool her brother really is.

Shirou : ( what is this feeling?).

Shirou honestly did not know , in his life as peter parker, his brothers tried to kill him and when they made up , they did not talk too much while with teressa she did not talk with him much, hell last time she spoke to him she shouted at him to leave and how he was a disgrace.

Shirou : fine meet me in the dojo, illya come with us and see how your brother defeats the tiger.

Taiga : that's it brat, you are so getting it.

A few minutes later , peter and taiga stood across each other with a crowd consisting of a cheering illya, sella, liz and kiritsuga.

illya : go little brother, beat that woman.

Kiritsuga : ok I want a clean fight, begin.

Not wasting any time taiga attacked with her kendo sword straight at shirou who easily dodged her attacks, then jumped over her and kicked her on her legs making her trip.

Shirou ( smirking ): give up yet tiger.

Roaring at him like a real tiger, taiga leapt at him but this time shirou did not move, when taiga got close enough he dodged her attack and judo flipped her to the ground.

Kiritsuga : winner shirou.

Ignoring the  now sobbing taiga on the ground shirou walked to illya and patted her head.

Shirou : so what do you think illya, isn't your brother so cool ?

illya :  brother is the coolest.

Shirou : well glad you think so.

After finally getting taiga to stop throwing a tantrum, shirou and sella went to cook up a feast to celebrate illya's return.

2 years later.

Shirou has been going to school for some time and has distinguished himself as a prodigy from an early age, he was honestly bored, he was a genious in his past life and the only reason he did not skip grades was because he wanted  a normal life.

Another thing he was happy about is that instead of being labelled a nerd , he was seen as an idol in class, he also helped people to study and was seen as a very mature boy.

Illya has also been going to school which was a bit of a struggle at first since all her lessons were about magecraft but with shirou's help she was able to catch on and do well in class, though she did hate homework and often tried to make shirou do it for her which would get her a scolding from sella while liz did not care. It should be noted that she was growing again after he undid the damage the elezibern family had done to her.

Unfortunetly, kiritsuga had died a week ago, seems like his body was hit by a curse during the grail war and could not be cured, shirou thought about bringing him back to life before scrapping the idea, his new powers were to be used responsibly and besides life and death should not be messed with, poor illya she was distraught at her dad dying, her face made him almost falter in his desicion but he stayed strong.

zelretch pov

Well it seems the kid had already helped the emiya family just being there, it was quite sad about the death of kiritsuga but that was invetiable. Well I better start with my plan.

Zelretch : hello aoka.

Aoka : what do you want you bastard ?

Zelretch : oh you break my old heart, do you honestly think I would only come talk to you because I have a favor to ask you, you break my heart.

Aoka (unimpressed) : so what do you want ?

Zelretch : you see I have lost an intresting artifact in fyuuki city and was wondering if you can get it for me ?

Aoka : and why can't you do it ?

Zelretch : I am too busy right now besides I would owe you a favor.

Thinking about the pros and cons of this, she sighed and accepted his proposal.

Zelretch : great your flight has already been booked bye.

Walking away with a smile on his face, zelretch went to his office and awaited the meeting betweem shirou and aoka.

"Now all I need is to wait for that emiya luck to do it's magic and the fun can really start." thought the vampire troll.

" and I need to continue my plans to punish those idiots in the other dimension, hmmm ohh idea, I know just the person to help, now where is my magical rubber duck " thought zelretch.

Unknown pov.

For millions of years I have lived, I can honestly say I have never felt the way I am feeling, it all started a few years ago when I sensed an anomoly on Earth which I decided to see, to my surprise it was a young red haired boy, at first glance he did not seem remarkable but something drew her to him but she could not understand why.

Watching him, she saw as he displayed powers beyond any magus in the world, his powers were unique, it was not magic, she could not sense mana, it was something else, looking at his soul she saw it was pure and untainted and looked like the infinite cosmos which drew her more due to her nature but when she looked closer she felt large amount of pain and sadness.

She questioned what could make him sad she felt the need to destroy the cause of his pain, to ruin anything that would make her property sad, oh yes she has long decided he was hers and anything or anyone that got in her way would be erased.

Now all she needed was to contact him but would only do it when the time was right.

" just wait shirou kun we will be together forever " thought the girl while watching him through a miror.

Shirou pov

Shirou suddenly sneezed as he was on his way home, he wondered if someone was talking about him, as he walked home from a tiring day at school, he spotted a girl with purple hair and eyes surrounded by kids older than her, she looked like she was being bullied, not wanting her to suffer the same fate he once suffered he approached the girl and bullies.

Shirou : hey idiots stop that.

Boy 1 : look over there, someone is trying to be a hero.

Boy 2 : we should teach him not to meddle in people's buisness.

Boy 3 : yeah let's get him.

They all ran at him intent on beating him up thinking it was easy due to the number advantage.

Shirou : well hard way it is then.

A minute later the boys were groaning on the ground in pain, though not too damaged.

Shirou : I hope you learned your lesson.

Shirou aproached the girl but when he looked into her eyes, he gasped, they were blank deprived of life. Something no child should have.

Shirou : hi, what is your name and are you ok ?

" my name is sakura matou, why did you help me  ?" asked sakura.

Shirou : well it is not wrong to help others and you seemed in need of help. Come with me to my house, I can patch you up.

Taking her hand shirou did not allow her a chance to say no and dragged her along to his house.

Shirou : I am home.

Sella : welcome home shirou, you are quite late what took you ?
Said sella from the kitchen.

Liz : shirou did you bring me snacks ?
Said liz as she watched tv, turns out she was quite lazy and while sella scolded her shirou did not care.

Shirou : I was busy dealing with some bullies and no liz I did not bring you snacks. Hey sella where are the medical supplies.

Sella : in the closet, why are you hurt ?

Shirou : they are for a friend.
Going to get the bandages and other supplies.

Entering the room , sella was quite surprised to see a girl in the house, don't get her wrong shirou was quite popular but did not have friends, it was better to say he had followers.

Sella : hello I am sella, what is your name ?

Sakura : sakura matou, a pleasure to meet you ma'am.

Sella froze when she heard her last name but recovered quickly.

Sella : it is a pleasure to meet you too.

Shirou at that momment entered and started treating sakura from her wounds, finishing bandaging her up, shirou patted her head.

Shirou : there that should do it .

Sakura : thank you senpai.

Shirou : no problem, hey sakura want to eat here with us, dinner is almost ready.

Sakura : I don't wish to be a burden, besides grandpa will be worried.

Shirou : no problem sakura, I will contact him and tell him you are here.

After asking her number, shirou dialed her house and waited till someone picked up.

Shirou : hello

" this is zouken matou who is this " said an  old voice.

Shirou : hello sir, my name is shirou emiya, I am a friend of sakura, I was wondering if it is okay for her to stay over for dinner.

Zouken :( did he say emiya, well this could work for my advantage). Ofcourse, I have no problem. Have fun.

Shirou : thank you.
Closing the phone.

" I don't trust that guy, his voice gives me the chills, I need to investigate" thought shirou.

Shirou : sakura your grandfather agreed for you to eat with us.

Sakura was quite surprised to hear her gramdfather had allowed her to stay but was happy to stay away from her home.

Sella : dinner will be ready soon. Shirou can you call illya down from her room.

Shirou : sure thing.

Going to illya's room, he knocked on the door of her room before entering, before sighing seeing illya watching anime, he did not know where her obsession came from but as long as it was not harmful, he would not stop it.

Admittedy, he had a slight obsession with anime, it was not his fault, he got seduced into it while watching an anime with illya.

Shirou : illya, it is time for dinner and wear something nice, we have a guest.

Illya : really who is it ?

Shirou : it is a friend, her name is sakura, treat her well.

Illya: ( WHAT !! IS THIS GIRL TRYING TO STEAL MY BROTHER FROM ME, I WILL SHOW HER), okay big brother.

Going down after dressing up, illya saw the girl sitting with her brother.

Illya : hello I am illya, shirou's big sister.

Sakura: hello I am sakura, senpai bandaged me after I got hurt by some bullies.

Illya: ( damn it onee chan, do you always have to be a hero ?). Nice to meet you sakura.

The dinner went down without a hitch if shirou should say so himself, sakura asked for advice on cooking and shirou told her he had no problem teaching her how to cook, though the way illya kept glaring at sakura was weird in his opinion.

Finishing dinner, shirou insisted on taking sakura home, once they reached the entrance of her home, shirou bid her farwell telling her she can visit anytime.

Deciding to take a detour, shirou went to the park were it all started, when he arrived he looked around in nostalgia remmembering the start of his new life.

As he walked, he spotted a woman, she had blond hair and red eyes, she walked as if she was royalty with arrogance and grace, he had to admit though she was one of the most beutiful women he has ever seen.

Sensing she was observed, the blond woman turned around and saw a boy staring at her, normally she would think he was a mongrel looking at her beuty, but was surprised when she looked into his eyes seeing him scanning her for a weakness.

" intresting, perhaps this era does have something of value " thought the woman.

Approaching the boy who immedietly tensed at her presence, the woman studied him some more, he had red hair and a muscular physique for a child his age, but his eyes had the look of a man who has seen much and lost much.

" boy tell me who you are " said the women .

Shirou : is it not polite to introduce yourself before asking for someone's name ?

" you are lucky I am feeling generous boy or I would have killed you for your insolence, very well I am gilgamesh the queen of heroes " said the now named gilgamesh noting that the boy belieaved her.

Shirou : my name is shirou emiya your majesty.

Gilgamesh : oh so you belieave me.

Shirou : I sense no lies from you and you do give an aura of royalty.

Gilgamesh : (intresting). Tell me boy what do you think of this era ?

Shirou : well it is nice, but it is too peaceful.

Don't get him wrong, he enjoyed the peace but sometimes missed the action.

Gilgamesh : indeed humanity has declined and lost it's will to improve.

Shirou : oh I would not say that.

" explain " demanded gilgamesh.

Shirou : human kind greatest power is their ability to adapt and their will to live, it is what makes the a specieal from even the gods, sure they may have become weak , but when trouble comes they will unite and become an unstoppable force.

Gilgamesh : oh and tell me, if a threat does come, would you interfere and be the savior.

Shirou : no

This surprised gilgamesh, she thought the boy would jump to be a hero and be seen as a savior.

Gilgamesh : why not ?

Shirou : don't get me wrong if something was going to destroy humanity and they could not fight back, I would step in, but if they want me to be their hero for every little thing, I would refuse, I have seen what happens when people rely too much on one person, they would grow weak and also if I make a mistake they would turn on me and when their savior leaves they will scramble like sheep begging him to come back, only to repeat the process again and again. They should rely on themselves.

As peter, this happened many times, he would leave for a few months and crime would increase and they would beg him to come back only to boo him when he did save them.

Gilgamesh : hahahaha, so you wish to see humanity grow and get stronger themselves as a group and not rely on a savior.

Shirou : a savior is a figure head and while he might inspire many people, it is up to the people to grow and evolve, ask yourself this when their savior dies who will lead them?

Gilgamesh : indeed, shirou emiya be honoured you have the attention of a queen, we will meet again and I will judge your worth. Till we meet again.

With that said she dissapeared into golden particles.

Shirou : great, I can say goodbye to my quiet life.

Shirou then headed home unaware that today would be a starting point for some wacky adventures.

The next day

It was saturday and shirou can relax, he had nothing to do, he had already finished his homework and had nothing to do. He decided to take a jogg to clear out his mind, bidding goodbye to the others, he ran through fyuuki enjoying the view, it was a beutiful city full of nature and life and the people there were friendly enough, as he was running he smelled something foul, it was the scent of blood and while he was not a magus shirou made sure to read and study magecraft enough to detect a bounded fieald.

Narrowing his eyes , he contemplated not going before deciding against it, whatever was happening may be a threat to illya, so he decided to investigate.

Within the bounded fieald

If one word can be used to describe aoka, it would be furious, after arriving in fyuuki, she met an executioner named ciel who was hunting a dead apostles ancestor in the city, deciding she did not want to see people get hurt she decided to help, she thought it would be easy but fate liked to be a bitch, their opponents were Nrvnqs chaos or as he was now known as roa.

Normally that would be no problem for her, but that bastard used a ritual that sapped out most of her mana and if that was not enough he blind sided her with some kind of weapon that stopped her healing, she even tried to reverse time but that did not work and to add insult to the injury he turned her to a dead apostles leaving her in shock.

For someone like her who values life the thought of consuming blood was horrible and disgusting to her, she was currently dodging creatures sent her way, she only had 5 % of her magical energy and needed to be careful

On the other hand her companion was struggling as well, armed with black keys of the church she attacked roa without holding back but the bastard kept dodging.

Roa : you should thank me aoka, with your true magic and power you will probably rank high within the 27 dead apostle ancestors. As for you ciel do you not get tired of this chase?

Ciel : I will never tire of killing you for what you did to me.

Aoka : you will see how thankful I am once I get my hands on you.

Roa : it is too bad but I must end this, since you will not accept your new status I will have to kill you, your body would be of great use to me in uncovering true magic.

Aoka : go to hell.

Roa : then goodbye

Ordering his beasts to attack , aoka closed her eyes thinking this was her end. Only to not feel anything, openning her eyes she saw a boy no older than 10 years old standing infront of her having crushed roa's beasts in his hands.

Shirou : miss are you ok ?

Aoka : kid you need to get out of here. This is dangerous.

Shirou : you looked like you needed help.

Roa : how dare you boy , I will kill you for your interferance.

Sending hounds at shirou to kill him, but shirou raised his arms and froze them in time.

Roa : but how ?

Shirou : I just froze them in time.

Aoka's eyes widened, that was impossible only she can do that.

Roa : you think you have won, let's see how you deal with this.

Unleashing 200 beasts at shirou who did not flinch and merely created a black hole and threw it to the sky, the black hole sucked all the beasts killing them.

Roa : you really should pay attention to your surroundings boy. When I am done here I will destroy this city and all it's people

Roa took the opportunity to get close to shirou and attack him with close range.
Delivering  a lightning infused punch at shirou with blinding speed, he did not expect shirou to merely teleport behind him and deliver a kick to his face sending him flying.

Shirou : normally I am against killing, but seeing what you did to those women and threatening the people of this city, whom I should state houses my sister I will not lose sleep over it.

Lifting his opponent to the air shirou was about to turn him to ash when he heard him laugh.

Roa : boy do you not know who I am, I am roa the immortal, akasha's serpent even if you kill me my soul would move to another body and I swear I will get my revenge.

Shirou (coldly) : then I will destroy your soul.

Widening his eyes, for the first time roa in  thousand of years felt fear, more than that the fear of death.

Before he could utter a word his body was engulfed with a bright light, and his body along with his soul were destroyed.

Turning to the two women who looked at him in fear, shirou smiled at them .

Shirou : are you ok ?

Aoka : who are you ?

Shirou : my name is shirou emiya, you have nothing to fear from me.

Ciel : wait emiya, the son of the magus killer.
Ciel has heard horror stories about that man, he was the boggyman to all magus.

Shirou : that is my dad.

Both women's eye widened, a monster like the magus killer had a son, if this information went out both were sure the boy would be a target to many magi.

Shirou : do you have a place to rest ?

But before they can answer both women passed out from exhaustion.

Shirou : a simple no would have sufficed.

Sighing shirou teleported all of them into a vacant room in his house, noticing aoka was pale and seeing fangs, shirou concluded that she was recently turned to a dead apostle.

Not wishing her to live a cursed life, shirou made her human again and began to heal the wounds of both.

Within a castle.

Oracle : call a meeting between all the ancestors.

Merem : but why ?

Oracle : roa has been killed permenatly.

This made merem solomon's eye widen and he sit out to do what was asked, his only thoughts was that the next meeting would be intresting.

The end.

Damn 4145 word, this is the most I have ever writen but I always wanted to make a fate stay night and spiderman crossover.

I hope you enjoyed it, in truth I don't know much about tsukuhime but I tried.
