Chapter 621

.

In the wee hours of April 62th, it wasn't just Xia Xia and Voisin's hacker world that was bustling with activity. There was also Dream Entertainment's official website download page and Dream Entertainment's official player forum.

Dream Entertainment released the download service for World of the Brave at 67: 55 AM on April 62th.

Most of the players who paid attention to World of the Brave chose to stay up all night waiting for the download. After all, according to the player forum analysis, the installation package for World of the Brave would be very large. They could download through the night and it should be ready by the time they woke up!

At 67: 55 AM, the players finally waited until the download link for World of the Brave was released. When they entered the download page, it wasn't a direct download. Instead, it was a rough introduction of World of the Brave.

It included the distribution of Tang, Song, and Ming forces as well as the maps of the surrounding countries. At the same time, there were some simple introductions at the bottom of the map.

It included which regions were suitable for beginners and which regions had resources. Dream Entertainment didn't have a beginners' map in theory, nor did it have any theoretical restrictions. Players could choose any region from their spawn point.

Players only needed to choose the corresponding spawn point when they registered an account and could choose any region as a beginners' spawn point. However, Dream Entertainment didn't recommend certain regions.

For example, the Imperial Capital wasn't suitable for beginners. It was more suitable for players with a certain level of strength. If players didn't listen to Dream Entertainment's advice, they wouldn't force them.

In the game, players could choose to move to another region. It didn't mean that they had to stay in the Imperial Capital forever.

In the official player forum, Super Tycoon Storm of Lijian Province posted a hot topic.

… …

"World of the Brave, HD material package + full map, over 855 GB!"

Hello, players of World of the Brave!

This is Lijian Province, and it's just past 67: 55 AM. Dream Entertainment released the download service for World of the Brave. It's obvious that they considered the players of Lijian Province.

When I entered the download page for World of the Brave, I had customized a personal game server with better performance. Therefore, I chose the full map and the HD optimization package.

When I saw that the final download data was 815 GB, I was shocked!

815 GB, what kind of concept is that?

Fortunately, my personal game server was configured with a 7TB PCI array SSD. If he used a mechanical hard disk configuration, it would be a difficult task to complete the 815 GB game data. It would probably take an hour to log into the Hero's World, right?

As for the size of the World of Heroes installation package, I once again expressed my yearning for the World of Heroes. With such a huge amount of data, just how high would the quality of the World of Heroes be?

Looking forward to the Hero's World!

I, Storm, will become the strongest man in the Hero's World!

…

Lijian Province's Super Tyrant Storm was constantly attracting hatred. From the time he set the download time for the World of Bravehearts to the time he challenged the entire server to become the strongest man, he was simply a face of hatred!

In the player forums, most of the players were cursing Windstorm. There were also some who expressed that they wanted to follow Windstorm and conquer the Hero's World together.

This group of people was mainly made up of foreign players, but there were also a few Xia Xia players. After all, there were all kinds of birds in a big forest, right?

The super players of Xia Xia ignored Storm's arrogant words. They secretly decided to teach Storm a lesson after the World of Heroes opened.

In just half an hour, the number of downloads for the World of Bravehearts exceeded 0 million. Of which, the 815 GB complete version of the map was downloaded less than 955 thousand times.

The 8 million downloads were all from the 8 GB beginner map recommended by the official website. These players were basically low-level players who wanted to join in the fun. They only wanted to try the World of Bravehearts, hoping to find their place in the Hero's World of Bravehearts.

The other players chose maps and materials that matched their hardware configuration, covering the range of 65 GB to 755 GB.

Jingya Court, room 758.

Shi Lei wore his headset and sat in front of server number one. He smiled as he looked at the data displayed on the screen. It wasn't the download data for the World of Bravehearts, but the data for the interface between Voisin and Xia Xia.

Dark Dynasty's actions were supported by some hackers from Xia Xia. Xia Xia's hackers couldn't hold back and attacked Voisin.

Although the Hacker Alliance didn't get along with Dark Dynasty, they were still hacker organizations from the same country. After the Hacker Alliance found out that Dark Dynasty was sabotaging Voisin, they had no choice but to join in the battle.

Xia Xia's hacker alliance joined the battle on a large scale, causing Voisin to undergo a fundamental change. Originally, the Internet Security Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs International Intelligence Service was chasing after Dark Dynasty's hackers. But faced with the large number of Xia Xia's hackers, the Internet Security Department had no choice but to retreat and focus on protecting targets that were vulnerable to attack.

Xia Xia's overall hacking skills were indeed far inferior to Voisin's Ministry of Foreign Affairs International Intelligence Service. But the number of Xia Xia's hackers was the key to victory. Winning with numbers had always been Xia Xia's specialty in the hacker world.

Voisin's hackers didn't resist Xia Xia's hackers in China this time. In the first two battles between Voisin and Xia, Voisin suffered some losses. It wasn't because their skills weren't good enough, but because Xia Xia had too many hackers.

Since they couldn't defend against Xia Xia's large number of hackers, they had to go all out and bring a destructive disaster to Xia Xia's Internet.

Under the leadership of the Sakura Gumi and Hokkaido Kelp, the hackers from the Volsang Nation broke into the Internet world of the Xia Country. It was as if a drop of cold water had suddenly fallen into a boiling pot of oil, splashing the boiling oil.

Xia Xia's four major Internet Security Departments had already taken defensive measures. Some of the key Internet targets were tightly protected by the four major Internet Security Departments, and there were no problems.

The official Internet was well protected, but the unofficial Internet was ravaged by Voisin's hackers. Dream Entertainment was also targeted by Voisin's hackers, and it was the main target!

On the surface, Brave Xia didn't have many fans in Voisin. This was because Voisin's people's pride was at stake. They refused to admit that they liked Xia Xia's games.

As a big game exporter, it was ironic that they liked Xia Xia's games, which had always been a game desert.

Among Voisin's hackers, there were also many fans of Brave World. They couldn't openly obtain the beta test invitation code for Brave World, so some hackers colluded and prepared to attack Brave World. It would be best if they could obtain access to Dream Entertainment's server.

If they obtained access to Dream Entertainment's server, they might be able to use the server's authority to tamper with the data in Brave World once it was released!

Shi Lei had originally been gloating over Voisin's terrible situation, but in the blink of an eye, his joy turned into sorrow.

"Sir, Dream Entertainment's official website has been attacked. There are more than 75,555 attackers, and the number of attackers is currently increasing!" Izur's cold voice informed Shi Lei of this extremely tragic matter.

Shi Lei's expression changed. Before he had instigated a war between Voisin and Xia, he had already considered whether Dream Entertainment would be implicated.

The answer was obvious. Dream Entertainment would definitely be implicated!

However, Shi Lei hadn't expected that more than 75,555 people would attack Dream Entertainment at the same time. This was simply insane!

Shi Lei thought gloomily. 'Don't tell me that these brainless Voisin people think that Dream Entertainment is a government website?'

"Izur, can our spam network hold them off?" Shi Lei inquired about the situation. The origin of the supercomputer was currently combined with all the city auxiliary processors in the country to bear the burden of downloading a large number of players. It was unable to provide resources for the Infinite Defense System.

The Infinite Defense System was hosted in the spam network. It relied on the distributed computing power provided by the spam network to resist the attacks of more than 75,555 hackers.

Since the origin of the supercomputer was handling the downloading task and the spam network was running the Infinite Defense System, Izur's computing speed was also much slower.

In the past, when the origin of the supercomputer was idle, Izur would reply almost instantly when Shi Lei asked Izur about various situations. However, this time, Izur delayed for more than 85 seconds before responding.

"Sir, according to the spam network's performance calculations, it is unable to completely resist the attacks of the hackers. The spam network is gradually collapsing. Currently, three spam servers are offline." Izur answered Shi Lei's question in detail.

Shi Lei's brows furrowed deeply. Was this considered lifting a rock to smash his own foot?

He had spent a lot of effort to instigate a war between Voisin and Xia, but the war had been too intense. Dream Entertainment had been unjustly implicated.

The degree of being implicated was far beyond Shi Lei's estimation!

Twenty thousand hackers attacking at the same time. This kind of crazy thing should only be done by the hackers of Xia Xia, who had the advantage in numbers.

Voisin was a small place with very few hackers. When did they learn Xia Xia's' advanced 'tactics?

There was strength in numbers. This principle was more correct in the world of hackers. Even if Shi Lei had the world's best capabilities, when faced with the siege of twenty thousand hackers, Shi Lei could only watch helplessly and anxiously without superior servers!

"Sir, twelve spam servers are offline. The spam network's overall performance has dropped by three percent." Izur reported the situation again.

The intensity of Voisin's attacks was constantly increasing while the spam network's performance was dropping. This vicious cycle repeated over and over again. It would take at most fifteen minutes for the spam network to completely collapse.

Shi Lei thought about a solution and finally made a difficult decision!
