Chapter 312: The Twentieth Day in the ABO World

Chapter 312 Day 20 in the ABO World

With that, An Yi went to the kitchen to pour himself a glass of water.

His gaze swept across the easel and paint boxes tucked in the corner of the living room. The peaceful years he'd spent painting alongside Gu Mingzhi had faded into memory, but some preferences had remained.

Seeing the art supplies, his fingers had been itching to paint lately.

"So what do you want to do today?" An Yi held his water glass and looked at Wei Yang, who was trailing right behind him. "Watch a movie, or go out for a walk?"

Wei Yang shook his head without a moment's hesitation, his eyes glued to An Yi. "I don't want to go out! I just want to stay here, with you!"

He paused, then looked curiously at the easel. "Brother, are you going to paint?"

"Yeah, I've got an idea." An Yi set down his glass and walked over to the easel.

"Then can I sit and watch you paint?" Wei Yang immediately leaned in, his tone full of anticipation. "I promise I won't bother you!"

An Yi turned his head to look at him. He reached out, his fingertips brushing lightly across Wei Yang's slightly warm cheek. "Won't you get bored?"

An Yi's voice was softer than usual. "I can take you out if you want."

The cool touch of his fingers made Wei Yang's heart skip a beat. He immediately rubbed his cheek against An Yi's cool fingers, looking at him with total trust and contentment. "I won't be bored! How could I ever get bored watching you, brother? It'll be super pretty!"

The little nuzzle was unconsciously intimate, and a flicker of a smile appeared in An Yi's eyes.

He withdrew his hand, then gently patted Wei Yang's fluffy head. "Good boy. Points for you."

"!!!" More points!

Brother's so soft-hearted! And his body's so soft too!

An Yi ignored him and started setting up his painting supplies.

He stretched the canvas, his expression serene.

Sunlight streamed through the window, wrapping him in a halo of light. When he picked up the brush, the way he lost himself in his work added a serene, artistic quality to his already stunning looks.

Wei Yang, true to his word, stayed quiet by his side.

He sat cross-legged on the carpet next to An Yi, chin propped on his hands, staring without blinking.

He watched those slender, elegant hands—how they gripped the brush, mixed the colors, and laid paint on the blank canvas.

He watched An Yi's brow furrow slightly as he thought, then relax, and the outline of his ear, almost translucent in the sunlight... Wei Yang felt he could watch him forever and never get tired of it.

After a while, he couldn't resist quietly getting up and tiptoeing behind An Yi's chair. He leaned over the tall chair back, his chin nearly resting on top of An Yi's head.

He could smell the clean scent of An Yi's hair, mixed with turpentine and paint, creating a unique smell.

He watched the shapes and lines slowly take form on the canvas. He didn't really get it, but he thought it was beautiful—so beautiful—because his brother had painted it!

His heart swelled with love, and he couldn't help leaning down to plant a quick "mwah" on An Yi's soft hair.

An Yi paused mid-stroke.

He slowly turned and looked up at the oversized decoration draped over his chair.

Wei Yang blinked at him, a mischievous, proud look in his eyes for having done something naughty.

An Yi's eyes lingered on his face for a few seconds before he turned back to his painting. "Do you want... me to paint your portrait?"

Wei Yang's eyes went wide. He bounced off the chair and immediately said, "Yes! Yes yes yes! Of course! Paint me, brother!"

He rubbed his hands together excitedly, spun in a circle, then, as if remembering something, his eyes darted slyly and a suspicious blush crept up his face.

He leaned in close to An Yi, almost pressing against his ear, and whispered in a breathy voice, shy but bold:

"Brother... for a portrait... do I... do I have to take my clothes off?"

An Yi: "..."

Why would you need to take your clothes off for a portrait?

An Yi's hand, holding the brush, stopped. He turned his head and looked at Wei Yang's face up close—a face screaming "anticipation" and "dirty thoughts"—and paused for a moment.

He raised an eyebrow and asked, "Do you want to?"

Wei Yang's face turned even redder, the blush spreading to the tips of his ears.

His eyes darted around, but in the end, some unspoken little desire won out. He took a deep breath and said one word, firm and loud:

"Yes!"

An Yi: "..."

He was completely speechless for a moment at that blunt, matter-of-fact "Yes!"

Looking at Wei Yang's face—clearly dying of embarrassment but trying to look calm—he burst out laughing, his shoulders shaking. He set down his brush and turned to face Wei Yang, his eyes full of teasing. "You little lover... already so eager to fulfill your 'duties'?"

Wei Yang got even more embarrassed from his laughter, but at An Yi's words, he gathered his courage and pressed closer, leaning against him, his voice coaxing and playful, his warm breath brushing An Yi's ear:

"Brother... I've wanted to for so long..."

An Yi looked at the blushing face so close to his, and those eyes that practically screamed "please corrupt me," and didn't know whether to laugh or cry.

This little idiot—what the hell goes through his head all day?

"Art student here—life drawing is definitely a required course... but Wei Yang's enthusiasm, hehe~ (dog head)"

[Reminder to An #2: the canvas might not be big enough to fully capture certain... uh... 'muscle lines.' (I said nothing)]

"Wei Yang, you're moving too fast. Start by unbuttoning one button at the collar, okay?"

"That 'Yes!'—full of fearless self-sacrifice for art! So moving!"

"Moving? Moving?"

"An Yi: No... don't move anymore! Wei Yang: Really, don't move?"

"I told you it's AB!"

"This kind of sweet plot—give us more! I love it!"

"Reminder to An #2: use a hard brush. Too soft won't have enough strength for coloring. (I'm talking about painting! Really!)"

"Suggest using a side-lying pose to better showcase the smooth lines of the muscles and... the layering of shadows in the composition—this is where color mastery really shows!"

"When painting, you might want to lower the AC temperature a bit, since... models tend to get warm easily, which affects their performance. (thoughtful.jpg)"

【During the process, when the "model" needs to adjust their pose, please guide them gently to avoid damaging the "drawing board"... (professional advice.jpg)】

【After finishing the painting, remember to help the "model" wash off any paint that got on them—it's just basic painter manners. (lol)】

An Yi: ...

You guys... are so filthy!
