Chapter 77: Harvest

The dozen or so Tier 1 Demon Beasts that had been glaring fiercely at Fang Chen now seemed to have lost their minds. The vicious glints in their eyes completely vanished, replaced by an almost maddening greed and desire. They let out a series of low, urgent whimpers. No longer paying any attention to Fang Chen, who was just inches away, they all scrambled toward the broken tree stump, desperately licking the oozing sap. They even began to bite and shove one another, fighting for a better position!

As for the Tier 2 Cyan-faced Fox, it first shot a suspicious glance at Fang Chen up in the tree. But soon enough, its cold vulpine eyes were completely captivated by the Aura of the tree sap. It let out a low growl, its powerful Aura instantly intimidating the other Demon Beasts. As it stepped forward, the others fearfully made way, yet they couldn't bear to leave. The Cyan-faced Fox lowered its head, stuck out its scarlet tongue, and began to intently lap up the endlessly flowing sap.
