Chapter 39: Excited Teacher Guan

After Guan Yaoheng's resurrection, Kaios gave her a whole night to recover.

When he went to see her early the next morning, he found that although she was still sitting cross-legged in the cage, her complexion had improved significantly. She looked almost the same as when he had first seen her at the auction.

Kaios marveled inwardly, "To recover just by drinking a single cup of water... her ability to extract and refine Spiritual Qi has truly reached an unimaginable level."

Suddenly, he did a few chest expansions and squats in front of the cage. He stood with his legs shoulder-width apart, stretched out his hands horizontally, took a deep breath, and began to perform the foundational breathing exercises for Spiritual Energy Cultivation, attempting to refine Spiritual Qi.
