Chapter 61: Remarks on the Release

. Today, I received a notice from the editor, asking me to put

this book on the shelves at midnight tonight. She’s observed that the book’s readership is no longer high enough to qualify for the next round of recommendations, so she’s scheduling it for the book launch.

I was actually caught off guard when I heard the news.

I’d always assumed the book wouldn’t be released until it reached 200,000 words,

as I’ve seen many Xianxia novels follow similar patterns.

But since the editor said so, there must be a reason, so let’s put it on the shelves.

So, officially, I’m announcing this book will be released tonight at midnight. If you find it manageable, please give me a first-time pre-order.

After discussing the launch, let’s talk about the book itself.

First, let’s clarify that I originally intended this book to be about everyday life. You probably saw the big “Daily Life” on the label.

However, I’ve noticed that many readers don’t seem interested in daily life, so I’ll be speeding up the plot a bit to allow the protagonist to encounter the outside world sooner.

Secondly, regarding the cultivation system,

I want to clarify that the cultivation later in this book isn’t the orthodox cultivation and leveling system of Qi training and foundation building.

The Xiantian realm is already considered a relatively powerful realm.

So you don’t have to worry that after the protagonist reaches the Xiantian realm, he will not be able to defeat even the small fish at the first level of Qi training.

Thirdly, regarding the issue of updates, I will probably update three chapters in the early morning.

As for tomorrow, it depends on how much I can write. Anyway, the update on the launch day will not be less than 10,000 words. For

subsequent updates, I can only guarantee two updates as a minimum, and occasionally add one more.

Okay, I’ve finished talking nonsense. I guess you don’t like to hear more.

So the last thing I want to say is.

I wish you all a happy New Year’s Day and a happy holiday.
