Glacial Calamity

Everything suddenly turned white. For a moment Magna wondered if he'd gone blind.

He could feel the power releasing from his palm a while before, and he could feel his mana reserve, or energy as it was also called, almost emptied inside his abdomen.

He also felt incredibly cold.

It wasn't because his mana reserve was nearly empty that he was feeling that freezing sensation again. The air around him had suddenly turned freezing.

He tried to use his other senses to figure out what was happening around him.

He could still feel the chest his hand was touching, the Faceless Witch's chest, which now seemed to be completely still and felt solid.

He pulled his hand back right away and stepped back to put some distance between them, then used his presence sense to find Faye and the skeleton.

"You… what did you… do?"

The skeleton's voice reached his ears after he sensed her presence a little ways ahead.
