Skinwalker Belle – Chapter 315 – Give Me a Smoke

The girl in the mirror spun around.

Her twin tails swayed lightly with the movement, the wavy ends tracing arcs through the air with a playful charm.

The unapproachable, icy elegance that had once belonged to Long Wu was greatly diluted by this outfit, replaced instead by a deceptively pure and innocent look.

Especially those golden vertical pupils and the pure-gold dragon horns at the sides of her forehead.

These inhuman features, mixed into an outfit full of youthful vitality, didn’t seem strange at all. Instead, they exuded a bewitching beauty that was hard to look away from.

Like a seductive succubus wrapped in the skin of the girl next door.

“Your legs have such a beautiful shape, Milady!”

Yui crouched on the ground, hands cupping her face, stars shining in her eyes. “These knee-high socks really test the lines of one’s calves. Even a little muscle or extra flesh would look terrible, but on you, they look like legs straight out of a manga!”

Lin Fan looked at the mirror and reached out to tug at the extremely short, sheer cardigan she was wearing.

The texture was realistic and fine.

If she hadn’t watched these clothes materialize out of thin air with her own eyes, she would have suspected this girl had gone shopping at some mall.

“Not bad.”

Lin Fan turned around. “It does look a bit like I’m trying to dress younger than I am, but it’s definitely much easier on the eyes than that gloomy black dress.”

For the next five full days.

Lin Fan didn’t take a single step outside this seaside villa.

During the day, she lay on the balcony lounger soaking up the sun, enjoying Yuzuru’s priceless “Wind Element Massage Hands.” At night, she conducted contact-based energy feeding in the bedroom.

To help these two potential stocks cash in quickly, Lin Fan’s water intake had increased considerably compared to before.

The Energy Potions produced through Yuzuru’s massage techniques were purer in potency, and the effects were immediate.

Yuzuru had been scratching at the threshold of the fifth-level peak, stuck at that critical point.

As for Yui, that little girl had been forcibly boosted all the way to the fourth-level peak through sheer Energy Liquid.

“Try creating a Crystal.”

In the living room, Lin Fan lounged lazily against the sofa. She wanted to see if the Power of I-Think-So at the fourth-level peak had made any progress.

“Yes, Milady!”

Yui, who had been kneeling nearby, took a deep breath, her little face turning serious.

She extended her right hand, palm facing up.

Her Mental Strength began to surge violently.

It wasn’t the gathering of elements—it was more like a forceful distortion and rewriting of reality itself.

“Come out!”

With a crisp shout.

Ripples visible to the naked eye spread through the air, and in the next instant, a grayish-white crystal the size of a pigeon egg materialized in her palm out of thin air.

Clink.

The Crystal landed on the coffee table with a clear, ringing sound.

Lin Fan reached out and picked up the Crystal.

The texture was warm and smooth, containing a faint but genuine fluctuation of energy within.

It was undoubtedly a first-grade Crystal.

“Pant… pant…”

Yui plopped down onto the carpet, her forehead covered in fine beads of sweat, her face slightly pale as if she had just run a marathon. “Milady… I’m so tired…”

“That’s only natural.”

Lin Fan toyed with the Crystal in her hand, a glint of sharp light flashing through her eyes.

Clothes were inanimate objects with simple structures—all one needed to do was reorganize the material molecules.

But a Crystal was different.

This was the crystallization of energy—one could even say it was a byproduct of life itself.

Creating energy out of nothing… this had already touched upon the Domain of creation.

Although they were only first-grade Crystals—trash that Lin Fan wouldn’t normally spare a second glance at—this still meant Yui’s ability had undergone a qualitative change.

Once this girl’s level went up…

Sixth grade? Seventh grade?

Would she actually be able to create life by then?

Suddenly, as if remembering something, Lin Fan reached out with slender, pale fingers and grabbed at the air, pulling out a somewhat crushed cigarette pack from a corner of the System Space.

It was a pack of slim women’s cigarettes, menthol with crushable beads.

Back in the days when she had been Lei Li, this had been her favorite brand.

Unfortunately, the pack was nearly empty—only two lonely cigarettes remained nestled in the foil.

“Every one I smoke is one less I’ll ever have.”

Lin Fan sighed. Rather than lighting one up right away, she twirled the flattened pack between two fingers in a deft spin, then casually tossed it to the young girl kneeling on the carpet.

“Make more of these.”

Lin Fan’s voice betrayed no emotion, yet carried an unyielding authority. “I don’t like the strong stuff—too harsh. This one’s just right.”

Yui, kneeling on the ground, caught it hastily with both hands. She looked up at Lin Fan, whose golden Vertical pupils were half-lidded, radiating a mesmerizing laziness that pierced straight to the heart.

“Yes, my lord!”

Yui took a deep breath, holding the cigarette pack reverently in both hands, and closed her eyes.

For her current self, as long as she wasn’t creating life from nothing or crystals imbued with energy, purely material objects like this posed almost no difficulty at all.

Hum.

A barely perceptible ripple spread through the air, so subtle it didn’t even stir the breeze.

The next second.

Rustle, rustle.

A sound like falling rain filled the room.

Countless rectangular cigarette packs materialized out of thin air, stacking themselves like building blocks in neat rows on the coffee table, instantly forming a small mountain.

Every single pack was a flawless replica of the one Lin Fan had tossed over—even the faint scuff marks on the outer packaging were identical.

Yui opened her eyes and looked at Lin Fan with a hint of eager deference. “My lord, that’s two thousand packs in total. Is that enough? If not, I can—”

“That’s enough.”

A satisfied smile curled at the corner of Lin Fan’s mouth. She tore open one of the packs, pulled out a cigarette, and placed it between her lips.

A small flame flickered at her fingertip. She lit it.

And took a deep drag.

The familiar cool rush of menthol, mingled with the toasty aroma of tobacco, exploded through her lungs. That long-missed sensation of comfort made Lin Fan squint her eyes in pure contentment.

“Nice craftsmanship.”

Lin Fan exhaled a wisp of pale blue smoke, gazing through it at the pair of sisters kneeling before her. “Pack your things.”

Yuzuru, who had been massaging Lin Fan’s legs, paused mid-motion. She lifted her head, her cold, beautiful face tinged with confusion. “My lord, where are we going?”

“The Dragon Spirit Continent.”

Lin Fan flicked off some ash, her gaze drifting toward the surging sea outside the window—the direction from which the Rift had opened. “This pathetic island is too scarce on resources. There isn’t even a proper bathhouse. I’m taking you two somewhere better.”

At the words “Dragon Spirit Continent,” Yui and Yuzuru exchanged a glance, both seeing shock and concern reflected in each other’s eyes.

They knew full well that even with Lin Fan’s intimidating presence, that place was fraught with danger and uncertainty.

“What? Reluctant to leave?” Lin Fan cast a sidelong glance at the two.

“No! As long as we can follow you, my lord, we’ll go anywhere!” Yuzuru immediately lowered her head, her voice resolute.

“Then let’s move.”

“Yes, my lord!” The two sisters answered in unison.
