Skinwalker Belle – Chapter 60 – One-Sided Crushing
Skinwalker Belle – Chapter 60 – One-Sided Crushing
The armored vehicle’s engine let out a low rumble, and puffs of white smoke billowed from its black exhaust pipe.
Lin Fan sat in the front passenger seat, her slender fingers holding a slim ladies’ cigarette.
She took a light drag, the smoke slowly drifting out from between her rosy lips.
Before, when she wore the skins of Liu Ruyan and Chen Yao, neither of those personas was suited for smoking.
Ever since merging with Lei Li’s Skin, she found the habit to be surprisingly fitting.
Nicotine flowed through her veins, bringing a strange sense of relaxation.
“Lei-jie, we’re two kilometers away.”
Ah Hu’s voice came through the walkie-talkie.
Lin Fan flicked her ash without responding.
She gazed out the window at the wasteland scenery.
A month had passed since the apocalypse began.
Compared to the first few days, the world had clearly undergone more changes.
Strange vines crawled over the buildings by the roadside, and some plants had even grown eye-like organs.
Mutated birds, with wingspans of three to four meters, could occasionally be seen in the sky.
More importantly, the zombies were also evolving.
On their way here, they had already encountered several different types of mutated zombies.
Some had skin as hard as iron, some had abnormally long limbs, and others had grown tentacle-like organs.
But in the face of firearms, these Mutants were still no match.
A few bullets were all it took to bring down even the strongest mutated zombie.
“Target spotted ahead!”
Xiao Wang’s voice crackled through the walkie-talkie.
Lin Fan stubbed out her cigarette and looked up.
An abandoned industrial park appeared in her field of vision.
A few dilapidated factory buildings were scattered across the open ground, surrounded by piles of various scrap materials and garbage.
“Stop the car.”
The armored vehicle slowly came to a halt, and Lin Fan pushed open the door and jumped out.
Her high-top tactical boots made a crisp sound as they landed on the gravel.
She stood on the roof of the armored vehicle, observing the enemy’s stronghold from above.
From the looks of it, this group’s armed forces were indeed unimpressive.
Most of them were holding cold weapons like machetes and clubs.
A few handguns could be seen here and there, but they were scarce.
It seemed they hadn’t acquired many firearms yet.
This made things simple.
“Everyone out!”
At Lin Fan’s command, twenty fully armed team members quickly jumped out of the vehicles.
Carrying automatic rifles, they fanned out, sealing off the entrance to the entire industrial park.

A clamor soon erupted from within the factory buildings.
The enemy had clearly discovered their arrival.
Dozens of men rushed out from the various buildings, holding all sorts of weapons.
But when they saw the equipment Lin Fan’s group was carrying, their faces changed.
Automatic rifles, heavy machine guns, an armored vehicle…
They were not on the same level at all.
“All of you, stop!”
Lin Fan’s voice was cold and majestic, echoing across the empty industrial park.
She walked slowly toward the enemy crowd, each step heavy and deliberate.
Her high-top tactical boots made a rhythmic clack, clack on the ground, like footsteps of death approaching.
“I’ll only say this once.”
She stopped ten meters away from them.
“Hand over all your supplies. Those who surrender can choose to join Fragrant Hills International.”
“Those who don’t…”
She paused, a cold smile touching the corners of her lips.
“Will be killed without mercy.”
A commotion rippled through the crowd.
Some had already started to back away, clearly terrified by the killing intent radiating from Lin Fan.
The few who had witnessed her power last night were especially pale.
They had seen with their own eyes how this woman could punch a hole through a human body.
That was not a power a normal human could possess.
“Where’s the boss? Where’s Boss Long Biao?” someone shouted from the crowd.
“Yeah! Get the boss out here to talk!”
“There are so many of us, what’s there to fear from one woman!”
But for all their shouting, not a single person dared to step forward.
Lin Fan looked at this rabble with cold disdain.
Scum like this dared to have designs on her stronghold?
“Where is Long Biao?”
Her voice rose, laced with clear impatience.
“Tell him to get his ass out here and see me!”
Just as she finished speaking, footsteps sounded from deep within the factory.
A bald, sturdy man walked out with a few of his men.
It was Long Biao.
He too had witnessed “Lei Li’s” power last night and knew that a direct confrontation was out of the question.
But he had no intention of surrendering just like that.

“Lei-jie, I trust you’ve been well.”
Long Biao forced a fake smile onto his face and slowly walked toward Lin Fan.
“What happened last night was our fault. I apologize.”
As he spoke, he secretly gave his men a meaningful look.
A few of his trusted followers quietly reached for the handguns at their waists.
If they could pull off a successful sneak attack and kill this woman, the rest of her subordinates would be easy to deal with.
Of course, Lin Fan noticed their subtle movements.
With her current perception, no slight movement within this distance could escape her eyes.
“Apologize?”
She let out a soft laugh.
“You think an apology is useful?”
The smile on Long Biao’s face froze.
He realized she had seen through his plan.
But at this point, he could only brace himself and press on.
“Lei-jie, we’re all just trying to survive. Why must you…”
“Do it!” he suddenly roared.
Several of his trusted men simultaneously drew their pistols, aimed at Lin Fan, and pulled the triggers.
Bang! Bang! Bang!
A series of gunshots echoed through the industrial park.
But in the next second, everyone froze.
Lin Fan’s figure had vanished from her spot.
The bullets hit empty air, kicking up wisps of dust.
“Over here.”
A cold voice sounded from behind Long Biao.
He whipped his head around, only to see that Lin Fan had appeared in front of him at some point.
She was less than a meter away.
Her speed was so fast that it was impossible to react.
“How could…”
Before Long Biao could finish, Lin Fan’s fist was already flying toward him.
Thump!
A dull impact sound rang out.
Long Biao’s chest instantly caved in, and his entire body was sent flying backward like a cannonball.
He slammed heavily into the sheet metal wall behind him, which dented into a human-shaped crater.
Blood gushed from his mouth, and the light in his eyes quickly faded.
Dead.

One punch, an instant kill.
A dead silence fell over the industrial park.
Everyone was too stunned by the terrifying scene to speak.
“Fire!”
Ah Hu’s voice broke the silence.
Rat-tat-tat-tat!
The sound of automatic rifle fire instantly swept across the entire park.
The enemies, still in a daze, had no time to react before a large number of them were mowed down by the dense hail of bullets.
Some tried to resist, but under the absolute suppression of firepower, any resistance was futile.
In just a few short minutes, the battle was over.
The ground was littered with corpses, and blood pooled into small streams, winding across the wasteland.
Lin Fan walked among the bodies, searching for something.
“Where’s Lin Shao?”
She frowned.
That speed-type Evolved being wasn’t here.
“Lei-jie!”
Ah Hu ran over.
“A few of them want to surrender!”
Lin Fan turned to look.
A dozen men were huddled in a corner, trembling. They held their hands up, their faces filled with terror.
“We’re willing to join Fragrant Hills International!”
“Please, spare our lives!”
“We were forced! We never wanted to work with Long Biao!”
Lin Fan looked at them coldly.
These people indeed didn’t seem like the type to be proactively malicious.
They were more like ordinary survivors who had been forced to join Long Biao’s gang to stay alive.
“Fine.”
She nodded.
“But on one condition.”
“What condition? Just say it!”
“From today on, your lives are mine.”
“If I tell you to die, you cannot live. If I tell you to live, you cannot die.”
“Understand?”
“Understood! Understood!”
The men nodded repeatedly, like chickens pecking at rice.

In this apocalypse, just being able to live was the greatest blessing.
“Very good.”
Lin Fan turned to Ah Hu.
“Arrange for people to move the supplies. Take everything here that can be carried back to Fragrant Hills International.”
“Yes!”
Ah Hu immediately began to organize his men.
The industrial park did indeed have a lot of good stuff.
Food, medicine, tools, fuel…
Although the quality was not as good as the reserves at Fragrant Hills International, the quantity was substantial.
It was enough to supply the stronghold for some time.
Lin Fan did not participate in moving the supplies.
She had more important things to do.
“Where are the women here?” she asked the surrendered men.
A few of them exchanged glances, fear appearing on their faces.
“Lei… Lei-jie, the women are all…”
“Where are they?”
Lin Fan’s voice turned dangerous.
“In… in the sealed factory building in the back,” a skinny man said, trembling.
“Long Biao’s sister, Long Yue, is in charge of them.”
“Long Yue?”
“Yes, she… she’s a pervert.”
The man swallowed, his voice growing quieter.
“She’s a pervert herself, and she especially enjoys torturing other women.”
“In her hands, those women are better off dead…”
A cold glint flashed in Lin Fan’s eyes.
Another piece of trash that deserved to die.
“Lead the way,” she ordered coldly.
A few of the men quickly led the way.
They passed through several abandoned factory buildings and arrived at the deepest part of the industrial park.
Here stood a relatively intact building, its doors and windows sealed with heavy iron plates.
Only a few small holes were left for ventilation.
Even before they got close, they could hear sounds coming from inside.
The sound of women crying, and the crack of a whip.
Lin Fan stopped in her tracks, her expression terrifyingly grim.
