While the dog battle played out, she casually snagged some meat too.

“Yes. Grilling the tofu first prevents it from falling apart while simmering,” the Hotpot Professor explained while enjoying her duck hotpot.

“The tofu gets nice and fragrant, and it’s really delicious.”

Tofu was the real winner for her.

“Got it!”

Whoa! Short-haired Haruna pulled out chopsticks in her left hand too.

When did she even prepare disposable chopsticks? The chopsticks here were regular ones, so she probably brought them from home.

“Not happening!”

Long-haired Haruna also had chopsticks in her left hand. But it wasn’t a pair of chopsticks. It was a disposable-chopstick rubber band gun.

Thwack.

A rubber band fired from the chopstick gun knocked short-haired Haruna’s chopsticks out of her hand.
