Ruler Tyrant

Twilight encroached the decaying lower quadrant now only populated by the Giant Army, their opposing enemies, the elves, having dissolved into a pool of their own shadows. A Tyrannical aura, drenched in a blazing, conquering force pressed over the space, threatening to rip through all existences within the remnants of the quadrants. However, the middle Quadrant populated by God's angels felt rejuvenated as the Sun, eclipsing everything, appeared.

Medici's eyes narrowed as "He" felt the effects of the other Deity’s gazes subside. In an instant, "He" noted a grey fog forming at the edges of the battlefield as well a malicious aura that resonated with "His" own degenerate nature, seeking to drag the surroundings into the Abyss.

My Chance! At once, "He" deployed "His" Fog of War which seemed to blend with the mysterious Grey Fog. Under normal circumstances, all high existences now freed from the Balance's Partition would have noticed such a move. But this wasn't normal; most were still stunned, while a few, like "His" fellow angels watched from the side. In addition, the fog seemed to posses selective Dumb effects as it teleported Medici through the erroneous domain.

Right then, the decaying and weakened Goddess of Space jolted as a a pure, dark-red,nearly purple Spear carrying an intense air of Destruction went right through "Her" heart. The Phoenix subsidiary God couldn't even shriek, the last scene crossing "Her" conquered mind and spirit was a majestic Calamity Giant which seemed to chuckle at it.

The battlefield was mostly motionless, but the Grey Fog which now seemed to occupy the space and sink the thoughts of all creatures into a quagmire had the opposite effect on one entity within the Highest Quadrant.

Thor! The God of Thunder!

His mind had being most affected by the Tyrant's gaze, but then the grey fog came along and stripped "Him" of "His" last sense of reason. A state Mythical Creatures welding the Storm thrived in.

Source of Wrath!

The blinding light this mystical creature erupted with ferocious force, rising high as it approached the levels of the Deities. This blasted away and destroyed the fist-sized doll which was now holding the Scale, all while shocking both Giant Serpents out of "Their" stupors as Thor's aura focused on contending with that of the Tyrant's. Even with this opening, none of these creatures blessed by Fate could exploit it. The Brass Eyes which had appeared from the River of Fate they stood on kept staring deep into "Them."

From the other Quadrant, the Deputy of Heaven, Sasrir, standing next to the Goddess of Harvest now bathed in Twilight, expanded "His" reach.

"The" shadows of the respective Scaleless Serpents seemed to have thoughts of their own as they dissolved into "Their"very existences.

Wha—

Pure Destruction erupted from the River's Tributary, coalescing into a Thunderous Spear that blasted right through the Tail Devouring Serpent's head and dragged "Her" corpse into the Tributary.

In an instant, without even the chance to Reboot "Her" Cycle back into an embryo, this high existence under the grace of Fate perished!

The Destructive force seemed to pull back the God of Luck's consciousness as "He" peered at the scene, understanding flashed at once.

Of course! The King! No matter how faint the mystical correlation is, the River of Fate, remains a River to be influenced by the One possessing the Authority over the Seas!

"He" didn't think any further, "His" form immediately pouncing into the retracting Annihilating force. The terrible force surrounded and oppressed "Him", but didn't bring "Him" to total submission either.

"His" elf features reformed as "He" prostrated "Himself" on the coral reefs now at "His" feet, lightning flashing over as it casted tentacle-like shadows.

"My Fate is yours to decide."

Soniathrym's languid eyes fixed on the silver ring, inscribed with countless cyclical symbols shaping itself by the side of "His" colorless flames of a throne, glazed over to the God of Luck kneeling by the steps. This "missing" subsidiary God of "His" lacked a shadow – no, it had fused with "His" very depraved nature.

It was an influence "He" could get rid off through Conquest or "His" status as a Tyrant, but "He" had no intention of doing so.

"Let Fate toy with you as it always has," the Tyrant said calmly, rising as "He" made Snake of Mercury characteristic float towards the God of Luck. "His" casual tone caused this subsidiary to tremble violently. It was one thing for "His" God to be furious at "Him" following the disastrous campaign against the Humans on the Western Shore that "He" had led. The same could be said for "Him" not returning immediately after having recovered. "He" had expected many things, including being executed on the spot. But this calm proclamation, one that resonated deep with "His" existence, terrified "Him" to no end.

Soniathrym huffed, already moving "His" attention zoning into the receding tide of Fate, at the malice hidden within.

"You can't lurk forever," "He" vanished upon this words.

Floating high in the skies, Medici eyed the Brilliant and terrifying Light the Thunder God represented, before the Grey Fog around it caused it to disappear. "His" iron-black skull face writhed in flames returned to the resplendent torch that burned fiercely amidst "His" flames.

Had go sacrifice a lot for that, but this bird's death should do. "He" mentally calculated as space distorted and a lightning giant octopus appeared before "Him." Tattoos shining with sparkling light radiated and moved around its body.

"Hm? You aren't blindly following after "Him"?"

The provocative question was ignored by the Octopus which started reshaping into Leodero. The tattoos around "Him" continued to shine, "His" senses drawing "Him" into pursuing the God of Thunder. "He" let out a huff as "He" turned "His" attention to the Giant Army gathering around Omebella and Badheil now by "Her" side.

"Humph, seems like your humanity is standing strong," Medici spoke out as "He" continued to burn brightly, looking at Acuses who knelt in prayer before "His" cross. Looking back at the torch in "His" hand, before tucking it aside.

Well, surely they won't mind if I keep the kill entirely to myself? “He” and Leodero descended to Aucuses as Sasrir walked up the "Them," nodding.

"Now that welcoming ceremony is officially over, how about we lead our Tall Guests to the Neutral Grounds?" As "He" spoke, "His" eyes, hidden behind illusory curtains stared beyond the receding aura of the Deities.

…

The Entrance of the Abyss within the material world, deep in the Fog Sea was opened to all. Its embrace perpetual in its welcome. But even it didn't appreciate the energy that had encroached into its territory.

"Ha!"

Thunderclaps boomed as the sea was turned upside-down by the Tyrant above. "His" eyes sharp as they peered at the Abyss, which stared back.

"Increasing the Probability of finding the Object Binding "His" existence, only for your efforts to be hampered by a Grey Fog…" The Elf King's words trailed as "He" chuckled out loud. "Schemers can only go so far until their match."

Silence reigned even with the cataclysmic movements of the waters. The pitch-black ocean framed with fog remained undisturbed for a moment, before rippling with meaning that inserted itself deep within the heart of the one it was destined to.

"Is this your way of seeking an alliance?"

"I would've dragged your true body from that sludge if that was my intention," Soniathrym replied without a thought, "His" lips curling. "Can't allow you to get too comfortable within it."

Interest bloomed in "His" heart, but the Tyrant wasn't swayed by the Source of Evil's influence. The realities around them seeming to decay into depravity.

"That Lizard is still reeling from peering deeply into The Sea of Possibilities; the Braindead Bird keeps flying high, poking where "She" shouldn't." "He" glanced back, at the Astral World. "And now the upstaters…" "He" shook "His" head, now staring ahead, at the Fog covering a section of everything.

"None of you truly understand the existences you are bound to." "His" eyes turned dreamy with thought. Peering back at the path "He" had carved under "Their" scrutiny. And what lay ahead.

“Oh, I wouldn’t say the same for them.” The Foul thoughts of Devil resonated in “His” mind. Indeed, The Sun and that Grey Fog was an abnormality, even if not fully, they seemed to posses a higher understanding of the fragments of Creator left behind entire Amber Era’s ago.

But...

“Do you know how much I miss my Home sometimes?” That was unexpected. Even The Devil felt couldn’t fully understand the mumbling of this Tyrant. Was “He” feeling nostalgic under insanity? Are you suppose to feel nostalgic under hysteria? Where was that feeling for “Him”?

That train of thought seized next instant as Soniathrym continued. “I wasn’t even a Ruler then. Just a Man leading “His” tribe out of danger before the fog closes in and forevermore seize the land for better.”

Before The Devil could make a snark, Soniathrym widened “His” grin and leaned back, a magnificent throne of coral and water simply willed from “His” will. “Cowardly it may seem, it was the best decision at the time and even now.”

“He” leaned forward from “His” throne, clasping his hand together to support his body. “The Land decayed at places and prospered in another, entire valleys were made of nothing but words and parchments. Flesh merged with each other, entities mangled in living and breathing castles and cities, and the larger than sky crimson moon. I had seen beings larger than the throne of worlds, skinner than skeletons and darker than even this abyss. It would be a true nightmare for existence capable of feeling fear. Should the lands had not been sealed by the power of that grey fog—of which I have not seen again until now,”

“He” let out a low laugh. “The shape of ours would have been quiet different.” The Devil did not reply, not immideatly, analysing each and every word this Tyrant Ruler just spoke of, and the layers of cue “He” might have snitched beneath the facade of a “normal” tone.

“I repeat this.” Soniathrym simply smiled, enjoying the ectasy of the Devil.

“None of you,” “He” spoke quietly, “know nothing of the power you are making use of.”

“Not you, not “Him”, not the King inheriting “Their” authority or The Sun—for even his radiance wouldn’t be bright enough to illuminate those lands which stretch as farther as the cosmos and lies in darkness deeper than it.”

…

“What did the Tyrant Tell?”

The waves of sea rose and fell. The shadows in chasm became ever so darker—blacker than the allure of Darkness. A pure evil. An inconceivable malice pooling from the Depths of Abyss itself. God felt the wind blew past “Him”, ruffling “His” hair and delivering a foul Oder as if a mixture of grime, blood, death, and suffering.

The Unholy Light shone from below—mimicking the holy as the Devil mimics an Angel. A counterfeit dawn. A blasphemous radiance bleeding upward through the water's throat. The Devil and The God did not dine from the same wine. How could they, then, share the same waters? At once the pool of blue turned char black as if the water itself had been ignited in flamer and burned to ashses. The dead carcass of sea creatures slowly rose from below. Blood seeping out of empty eye-sockets and torn flaps and gills. They mixed and arranged into spelled words.

The God narrowed “His” eyes and read the sentence. “He” simply sighed and looked back up, the world becoming darker and dead with the passage of every instance—a direct effect from the descend of The Devil upon mortal realm.

“The Ruler Tyrant wages War on thee.”
