Mission [7]

Without wasting even a single moment, No. 98 swung his dagger at the masked figure in front of him while twisting his body to avoid the attack coming from behind.

Clang!

His dagger collided with the mana blade of the masked figure in front of him.

At almost the same time, the second masked figure's mana blade slashed across his back.

A long wound instantly appeared, and blood splattered onto the ground.

However, No. 98 didn't even look at the injury.

He immediately kicked the masked figure in front of him to force him back before jumping forward to escape the pincer attack.

But just as he moved away, both masked figures vanished once again.

The surrounding space distorted.

The next instant, one of them appeared on No. 98's left, while the other appeared above him.

Both mana blades slashed toward him at the same time.
