Alger had already teleported to the Church branch nearest to the Reaper Guild's location.

Now, he was heading toward the headquarters together with ten Master-rank members of the Church.

They had brought only this many people because, according to their information, the culprits behind the incident were merely a small group of Masters.

All of them were moving at tremendous speed.

Each member had transformed into a beam of light, traveling through the forest far faster than an ordinary Master could move.

It was still early morning—around four o'clock.

The sun had not yet risen.

In their light forms, they looked like shooting stars falling from the sky.
