Four days later.

Inside the Church Facility, another parasite experiment was about to begin.

Over the past few days, the parasite had undergone several improvements. Dr. Samuel and his team had successfully reduced its size to an almost microscopic level. It had also become virtually undetectable, allowing it to be mixed into a drink without the victim noticing anything unusual. Once inside the body, the parasite would quietly attach itself to the victim's nervous system without causing any visible reaction or discomfort.

Today was the final test.

If everything went according to plan, the modified parasite would finally be considered a success.

Inside the laboratory, Asher's vessel stood beside Dr. Samuel, while Grandmaster Klein silently remained behind them as usual. In front of the three of them, two restrained test subjects lay unconscious on the metal tables.

Many had died during the development process.
