Empath Demon 2

Dr. Samuel turned his gaze toward the Empath Demon floating inside the glass tube before speaking thoughtfully.

"Now I'm curious.What would happen if she used her ability on you?"

He looked back at Asher with genuine interest in his eyes.

"Would you remain as calm as you are now... or would even your emotions be stirred?"

A trace of amusement appeared on his face as he added,"I have to admit... I'd really like to find out."

Asher looked at Dr. Samuel, a trace of wariness flashing through his otherwise calm eyes.

He could tell that Dr. Samuel wasn't joking.

The man standing before him was fully capable of carrying out such an experiment simply to satisfy his curiosity.

Dr. Samuel noticed Asher's wary expression and simply smiled before dropping the matter.

"As for how this is connected to the previous experiment, figure it out yourself."

He glanced at Asher.

"You are capable enough to do that."
