Relationships

If they don't feel right, then it isn't right.

Misunderstandings exist, so to reach an understanding.

Don't go to bed without resolving a dispute.

You should feel God through your partner.

Communication is key in friendships and relationships

Love is universal

Don't always think how long but how well.

I think that's a better way to guarantee the length of duration

Respect is humane boundaries

It is ok to get a mediator but get one who can fit into your shoes.

Prospects is a worthy risk but beware of tell-tale

Before "gender"

Generally, we are humans

Be with a person that supports and make you feel better

NOT a person that's aimed at just ripping you off or personal gain purposes

NOT a person that crosses the line of support & control

Mental Abstraction:

I think choosing a person as a partner is a continual effort; you get to choose them as they continuously unfold characteristically.

Also, I believe the best kinds of relationships are the ones where the parties involved are brutally honest with each other. It is always tense and awkward in the face of truth though. However, I have discovered that discomfort is just momentary and always - almost creates a fresh dynamic.

What worked for A might not work for B.

Life is so weirdly wired that I don't even think anyone's experience should be a benchmark or a guide for another person's life.

Intentionally seek mental synergy. It goes way beyond sexual pleasure and physical attraction. It is such a turn on to be able to pour out the absurdities of your mind and your partner's "absurd" recognizes with yours. Magical!

Generally, there's no harm in trying again. This took a while for me to understand, especially how happiness can't be completely gotten in a person or persons. Sometimes, people walk away and the hardest is when they fade away.

I mean, how do you breathe life into dust?

"Stay Present" - so cliché but I am currently at a point where I think I fully get it. Simply letting go of the past and welcoming feelings like it is the first time, allowing tomorrow take care of itself and just appreciating the live painting of one's existence.

The more I think about it, I think "attachment" should be termed as a "negative" attribute or what word can one use to best describe it?

It is easier to flow

For a first timer, I think it is so cute and liberating to break down in tears in front of your partner. Sharing that weakness and vulnerability like "babe, life is whooping my ass"

You think self-awareness is just positive vibes? Think again.
