Both worlds were busy opening the Passages. People thought that once the worlds were joined, there would be no more Immortal-Demon War.

Within the Seven Stars Tower, only Qin Xiao himself, along with Bifang and Tengshe, knew the truth.

Qin Xiao hadn’t told anyone else.

Qin Xiao had told them only because they needed to agree to the fusion. Otherwise, he would have kept the news to himself.

In the Demon World, everyone revered the Heroic Spirit Altar as an object of faith, so the Demon Saint could decide matters alone. Qin Xiao could not do the same in the Immortal Realm.

The Immortal Realm had guardians in all four directions. Their Small Worlds helped stabilize the realm. If they weren’t convinced, the Passages would be immensely difficult to open.
