Family Divide

"Vivian!" Raven yelled as she ran into the middle of the battle.

The fight had been going on for minutes now, loud enough to draw the attention of anyone nearby.

If Raven hadn't intervened, Adrian would have seriously wounded Vivian or forced her to desummon her beast. She was in bad shape. Her fingers were bruised, blood ran from her nose, yet she still refused to back down.

"How stupid of you to think you ever had a chance," Adrian hissed. "Have you had enough yet?"

Vivian had the summon with the highest potential out of all the Kingsley children, but right now she was still the weakest. Adrian wasn't wrong. Picking a fight with a stronger sibling was reckless.

Adrian thought Raven would talk some sense into Vivian and put an end to this, but the sight of Vivian's blood only made Raven furious. She didn't think Vivian had done anything that deserved this. So rather than stopping the fight, she joined her sister to take Adrian together.
