Chapter 2082

Mu Yue walked around the herbal field and checked the seedlings. The herbs planted in the field were gradually showing signs of life.

There were not many varieties of herbs, but they were small in scale.

After checking, Mu Yue went to Zhu Shi's courtyard. The villagers took their stools and sat there, waiting for Mu Yue's arrival.

Mu Yue came today not only to check on the planting of the herbs, but also to teach the villagers how to plant the herbs.

For the past two days, he had been teaching them by word and example. He had been teaching them face-to-face so that he could ensure that there were no problems with the growth of the herbs.

When the villagers saw Mu Yue, they greeted her.

Nie Zhiming took a chair for Mu Yue. Mu Yue asked, "Is there a blackboard?"

"Blackboard? Yes, yes, yes! " Nie Zhiming nodded quickly and asked someone to move the blackboard from the room and put it in the courtyard.

Mu Yue glanced at the blackboard and nodded. Then, she turned to the crowd and said, "Today, I've gathered everyone here because I want to talk to you about how to grow medicinal herbs. Boss Nie, you should listen to me and see how we're going to arrange people!"

Nie Zhiming nodded quickly and took out the pen and paper that he had prepared. He smiled and said, "Chairman Mu, I'm ready. Please give me your instructions!"

Mu Yue smiled satisfactorily and looked at the other workers. "Then I'll start. From now on, in each herbal field and greenhouse, only one type of herb can be planted. They must not be mixed, or else they will affect each other! Moreover, there must be at least two or three people in charge of the planting and maintenance of the herbs! "

"Yes, Chairman Mu!" Nie Zhiming quickly wrote down Mu Yue's instructions in his notebook.

"Everyone, share it. If there's anything that you don't understand, don't be shy. Feel free to ask. The herbs are very fragile. If there's any mistake, it will cause the death of the herbs or weaken their medicinal properties!" Mu Yue solemnly reminded the villagers and staff members present carefully, "Moreover, you absolutely can't use medicine. Fertilizers and insecticides can't be used. These medicines will destroy the medicinal properties of the herbs!"

"Yes!" Nie Zhiming and the others quickly nodded.

The villagers nodded in agreement. "Chairman Mu, we will ask!"

"We don't understand this kind of thing, but we will remember it well!"

The old village head smiled and said, "I will also look at it more. Although this old man can't do physical work, I can still do some oral work. I will remember your method and read it to them in the future!"

"Yes, thank you, Village Chief!" Mu Yue nodded with a smile and said to Nie Zhiming, "Manager Nie, I just told you to find more students majoring in Chinese medicine. We can give them good treatment as long as they have enough professional knowledge and good character!"

Nie Zhiming nodded. "Chairman Mu, I'll look for her myself!"

"Alright, I'll leave this matter to you!" Mu Yue nodded her head in satisfaction. She then proceeded to explain everything clearly.

Both Nie Zhiming and the other staff members listened attentively. Even the villagers listened attentively.

Those who could read wrote down Mu Yue's words. A good memory was not as good as a lousy pen.

They wanted to do their jobs well. Not only did they not want to lose their jobs, but they also wanted to repay Mu Yue's kindness.
