Chapter 2322

"Let's first test everyone's familiarity with the books. I will now recite a short paragraph of the contents of the medical book. Whoever thinks of it first will be the first to answer and recite until the end of this paragraph. There can be no mistakes or pauses in the middle. If there is, it will be treated as a mistake!" Chen Yukun glanced at the crowd and said with a smile.

Mu Yue and the others didn't have any objections and nodded their heads lightly.

"Alright, let's begin!" Chen Yukun coughed and began reciting the contents of one of the books in the Chinese medicine book.

There were countless Chinese medicine books in the ancient times of Huaxia. It was easy to get confused and make mistakes when reciting such a short paragraph from so many books. This was also to test everyone's understanding of the basic knowledge.

"If the wind wins, it will move; if the heat wins, it will swell; if the dryness wins, it will be dry; if the cold wins, it will float; if the humidity wins, it will be swollen …" Chen Yukun recited a short paragraph in the middle of the fifth chapter of "Su Wen" for everyone to recite. This was more difficult than reciting it from the beginning.

When the Chinese medicine masters heard the contents, their faces revealed a look of understanding and they nodded gently. They already knew the contents of the book.

Mu Yue's eyes were shining. She raised her hand and recited the contents of Chen Yukun's words without saying anything else. "There are four seasons and five elements in the sky. They are used to grow and store. They are used to produce cold, hot, dry, damp, and wind. Humans have five treasures. They are used to produce happiness, anger, sorrow, worry, and fear. Therefore, happiness and anger hurt the Qi. Cold and heat hurt the form. Violent anger hurts the Yin. Sudden joy hurts the Yang. Jue Qi goes up and the meridians go out of shape. Uncontrolled joy and anger, excessive cold and heat, life is not firm. Therefore, heavy Yin leads to Yang. Heavy Yang leads to Yin. Therefore, it is said that winter hurts from the cold. Spring hurts from the cold. Spring hurts from the wind. Summer hurts from the heat. Autumn hurts from the damp. Winter hurts from coughing. "

The young disciples who were also taking the test turned their heads and looked at her in shock as she recited the contents of the book. There seemed to be no mistakes at all.

"Good!" Chen Yukun heard Mu Yue reciting it without missing a word and immediately clapped his hands and cheered.

However, the others were not as happy. Their faces were filled with displeasure.

Subconsciously, everyone thought that Mu Yue and Chen Yukun were in cahoots.

They were all Grandmasters of Chinese medicine. Although they did not say anything, their thoughts were similar.

But soon, he thought about it again and felt that something was wrong. Besides Chen Yukun, there were other Chinese medicine masters who could give questions.

Those traditional Chinese medicine masters didn't speak, but it didn't mean that those young people knew how to behave and didn't speak.

Said a woman in her twenties. She didn't dare to say it out loud, but her voice was still heard by some of the nearby Chinese medicine masters.

"Hmph, who knows if you're in cahoots or not!"

As soon as she said that, Chen Yukun, who had been smiling, looked at the woman with dissatisfaction.

He knows this woman is the precious disciple of the Nourishing Yin Sect's Master Yu Jian, Bai Yan. Only 76 years old, she's the youngest participant in this competition aside from Mu Yue.

Therefore, it's very possible for Bai Yan to directly say it out loud. After all, she's young and impetuous.

Mu Yue also turned around to take a look. This woman's skin was whiter than snow, long eyelashes fluttering, and small nose tip making her look delicate and cute.
