Chapter 255

On Sunday morning, Chu Zhiming rushed back to the countryside excitedly. He wanted to see Chu Muyue, as well as Old Madam Chu and the others.

However, he didn't see Chu Muyue in the small courtyard in the countryside. Instead, he saw Chu Zhicheng and Chu Zhixin's family.

Chu Zhicheng's family of three came so early because Ma Yonglan wanted to see if Ding Chunhong's plan was successful. Since it was the holidays, the whole family came.

As for Ding Chunhong's family, Chu Xueyang heard from Ding Chunhong that Chu Muyue was missing. They still couldn't find her, so they didn't know if she was kidnapped.

Chu Xueyang didn't believe it, so he wanted to confirm if it was true.

Naturally, Ding Chunhong wouldn't let anyone else know about this except for her and Old Madam Chu.

Old Madam Chu was old and muddle-headed, so she was easily tricked. However, Chu Zhixin and the others weren't so easily tricked. She didn't plan to tell them that Chu Muyue was sold for a thousand yuan. She would keep the thousand yuan as her private stash.

Seeing Chu Zhiming's arrival, the expressions on the faces of the two families were different.

"Little brother, you're here!" Ma Yonglan greeted Chu Zhiming with a smile.

Chu Zhiming, who was sensitive, noticed that everyone's expressions were a little strange. He glanced at them, frowned, and asked, "Oh right, where's Mu Yue? Why don't I see her? "

As soon as he asked, Chu Zhicheng and Chu Zhixin, who didn't know anything about the kidnapping, looked conflicted. They didn't know how to explain it to Chu Zhiming.

"Zhiming, as for where Mu Yue is, I'll tell you. Don't worry!" Chu Zhicheng walked up to Chu Zhiming and said hesitantly.

Chu Zhiming frowned and looked coldly at Chu Zhicheng and the others. "What happened?"

Although Chu Zhiming had retired from the army, he still had the aura of a soldier. This aura made everyone in the courtyard tremble.

Especially the guilty Ma Yonglan and Ding Chunhong, their bodies trembled subconsciously.

"This …" Chu Zhicheng and the others were at a loss. They didn't know how to explain Chu Muyue's disappearance.

"It's like this. Mu Yue hasn't come back since Friday night. She might be missing!" Chu Zhicheng hesitated for a moment before explaining.

"What? Missing? How could he be missing? "Chu Zhiming exclaimed when he heard Chu Zhicheng's words.

Chu Zhixin explained, "On Friday, Chunhong came to take care of Mom and realized that Mom had run out of medicine, so she asked Mu Yue to go to the health center to buy some more medicine. But who knew … she never came back!"

"Yeah!" Ding Chunhong put away her fear of Chu Zhiming and nodded after Chu Zhixin, "I didn't think that the girl wouldn't come back! He must have gone missing! "

"He shouldn't be missing! Instead, he was kidnapped! "Chu Zhiming's eyes flashed as he said coldly.

Missing? Chu Muyue wasn't at the age where she would go missing. The biggest possibility was that she was kidnapped.

However, Chu Zhiming didn't know why these people kidnapped Chu Muyue!

After all, this was the countryside, not the city center. People with a target would look for rich people. Only then would they be rich.
