Chapter 2731

When the principal and the school leaders heard the rumors about Mu Yue, they were immediately enraged.

In the end, they called Teacher Xu, who was Mu Yue's form teacher, to the Principal.

"Teacher Xu, tell me, what's going on with the rumors?" The principal asked Teacher Xu with a serious expression.

Teacher Xu said helplessly, "Principal, this is slander. Don't you know about Mu Yue's grades? You were the one who prepared Mu Yue's test papers for her transfer. You saw her grades. Moreover, her previous academic reports all showed that she had good grades! "

The principal nodded and said, "I know, but I want you to give me an explanation. What's the matter with the rumors out there? Do you know who spread them? "

Teacher Xu thought for a while and said hesitantly, "I can't guess who it is. I have to investigate!"

Actually, in Teacher Xu's heart, he had already guessed that Wang Jing was the culprit.

But he didn't want to admit it. After all, Wang Jing's grades were so good. If she was found to be the culprit, it would have a huge impact on her.

The Principal looked very serious and said, "I will order people to investigate. This matter must be resolved as soon as possible. Since Mu Yue didn't cheat, we have to prove her innocence. If Family Mu finds out, you can forget about being a teacher!"

However, the Principal didn't say the last sentence. His last sentence was, "My position as the Principal will be in danger!"

This matter wasn't Mu Yue's fault, but she was wrongly accused. Moreover, Mu Yue's reputation was tarnished.

Family Mu was willing to send Mu Yue to their school because they trusted them. If Family Mu wanted to pursue the matter, they would have to bear the consequences.

Of course, the Principal swore in his heart that when he found out who the culprit was, he would punish him severely and not let him off easily.

Teacher Xu returned to his office with anxiety and worry. He looked at the time and saw that he still had to go to class. He quickly took his textbook and went to the classroom.

The bell rang, and all the students sat in their seats. When they saw the head teacher come in, they immediately shut their mouths.

Teacher Xu placed the book in his hand on the table and glanced at the students in the classroom. His gaze fell on Wang Jing intentionally or unintentionally.

"Today, I heard a rumor about Mu Yue's monthly test results. It's suspected that she cheated!" Teacher Xu's gaze wandered around everyone in the class, making the students very nervous.

What did the teacher mean by that? Was he suspecting that they were the ones who spread the news?

Many smart people turned their attention to Wang Jing. In their hearts, she was the only one who could spread this kind of news.

Previously, when Mu Yue won the first place, she was the most disgusted and did not believe in this result.

Moreover, it was Mu Yue who stole the first place from her. How could a proud person like her accept it?

Yang Xue and Leng Ning Mo glanced at Wang Jing and heaved a sigh of relief in their hearts as they rejoiced.

Although they also spread the news, they only helped to spread it after Wang Jing spread it first. They didn't take the lead and didn't think of it first.
