Chapter 2738

"Ma … Principal, you can't do this. I won't have any complaints if you give me a demerit, but I can't return the money!" Wang Jing pleaded with the principal in a trembling voice.

The cost of living in the capital was getting higher and higher, but there were still countless people who wanted to stay in the capital, even if it was just a corner.

Therefore, Wang Jing's parents had never thought of leaving the capital. Now that their daughter's grades were so good, not only did she not need to spend money to study, but she also had grants and various bonuses. This made their lives in the capital a little better, and their lives were also slightly improved.

However, this was only a relief, and it couldn't help them save some money. It would be good if they didn't have a deficit by the end of the month.

If they were asked to return the money to the school now, they would probably have to beg someone to lend them money. However, this reason was hard to say. When the time came, their family's face would be completely lost.

When the principal saw Wang Jing's appearance, he immediately sneered, "Then have you thought about the consequences before you spread those rumors that slandered the school's reputation?! I'm only asking you to compensate for the damage to the school's reputation. It's just this little bit, and it's also because of the glory you've brought to the school in these two years! "

Now that you know you're regretting it, why didn't you think about the consequences when you did what you did?

He couldn't expel Wang Jing at once, so he used this method to force her to either apply for withdrawal or return the money.

Even if she could barely stay in the school after returning the money, he would ask people to pay more attention to Wang Jing in the future. If she made another mistake, he would immediately expel her. It would be more embarrassing than her withdrawing from the school.

When Wang Jing heard this, her face instantly turned pale, and her trembling lips turned pale. She turned her head stiffly to look at Teacher Xu, and grabbed her arm with both hands, "Teacher Xu, I … I know I'm wrong, you … you help me plead for leniency, okay?!"

At this moment, Wang Jing could only think of the third person in this office, Teacher Xu.

In the past, Teacher Xu had high hopes for her, and she was very good to her. Now, only she could help her.

However, Teacher Xu's face was cold as he looked at Wang Jing with disappointment. "I already reminded you in class, but you didn't come to me to admit your mistake. At that time, I could speak for you, but now, I can't help you!"

She had already done her best. It was Wang Jing who did not know how to cherish it and did not know how to grasp the opportunity. She could not be blamed.

What's more, Wang Jing's actions had indirectly ruined her reputation and slandered her for accepting bribes and falsifying her results.

This kind of thing, no matter who it was, would be angered. It was already good enough that she didn't beat a drowning dog at this time. White lotus? How could this be?

To be honest, Teacher Xu was a little unwilling to let Wang Jing continue to be her student. She only felt that it was shameful to have such a student.

The headmaster took a sip of the tea on the table and said calmly, "You can talk to your parents this week and ask them to return the money next Monday. You only have two weekends. If you don't return the money, don't blame our school for not giving you face! However, you're the one who lost your face, so you can't blame us for doing this! I'm doing this for the reputation of No.6 High School! "
