Chapter 796

Chu Muyue arrived at the Medicinal Cuisine House and told Ling Hong that Wang Jing and the others might come. Then, she talked to An Qing about the auction of the land for the factory.

That piece of land was close to a thousand mu. It hadn't been expropriated yet, so it would cost a lot of money. Therefore, they needed Chu Muyue to check it out.

"Aunt An, I checked the situation of that piece of land yesterday!" Chu Muyue sat down and said to An Qing, "I calculated the funds we can use now. That piece of land, the highest price we can offer is fifty million. If it's more than that, we don't want it anymore!"

"Fifty million? Isn't that a little too much? "An Qing thought for a moment and asked Chu Muyue.

Chu Muyue smiled and said, "I only said that it's the highest price because that piece of land is industrial land. We need to build our own factory. Runyao Real Estate Company wants that piece of land, so they should want to build and sell it. Whether it's the cost of construction or other conditions, we have a big advantage! That piece of land is huge. Not only do I want to build a factory, but I also want to build houses. Not only for the people working in our factory, but also for the farmers in that area! "

An Qing nodded gently and asked, "Then, how do we give it to them?"

"According to the population, they can sell it for fifty square meters per person. However, they can only sell it to our company. They can exchange the square meters for money!" The corner of Chu Muyue's mouth hooked up into a smile as she said, "We can let our factory's employees live in those extra houses. Moreover, I also plan to set up our security company there. Training and so on will be done in that area! I believe that this piece of land should be enough! "

Since she had already come to Lin City to study, she thought that after a period of time when the company's affairs were stabilized, she would announce her identity. Then, she would buy a house and bring her father, Chu Zhiming, to live in Lin City.

She didn't want to be troubled by the Chu family if she stayed in Xing City.

Especially after her identity was exposed, it would bring some trouble. This was definitely not something Chu Muyue wanted to see.

The only person she wanted to repay was Chu Zhiming, not those who mistreated her in the Chu family.

Hearing Chu Muyue's arrangement, An Qing nodded in agreement. "It should be enough!"

"Runyao Real Estate Company won't offer a higher price than us. Otherwise, they will only lose money. You don't have to worry. This piece of land belongs to Heng Yue Real Estate Company!" Chu Muyue smiled and said confidently.

According to Chu Muyue's investigation, Family Mu didn't need to build a factory or invest. they bought this piece of land should be to build a factory or some other land to sell it.

That's why they didn't bid for the land. An's's't, so they won't bid for the land..

An Qing nodded and a smile appeared on her face. She said excitedly, "Miss Chu, I've already gotten someone to test the beauty medicine you gave me last time. The medicine is up to standard and the medicinal effects are not bad. Since we're going to start a company, what's the name of the company?"

"This, let's call it Dream Cosmetics Company!" Chu Muyue told An Qing the name of the company she had been thinking about for a day.

An Qing murmured the word "Dream" and a smile appeared on her face.

Chu Muyue reminded her. "Remember to apply for a patent!"
