Chapter 52: [I'll Treat You] [I Have Money]

[Can we go in and take a look?]

Jiang Xin held up her notepad, tilting her head with her small face full of anticipation.

To her disappointment, Chen Ye only shook his head. She didn't press for a reason and simply nodded.

Seeing her slightly dejected mood, Chen Ye thought for a moment before explaining, "We'll probably be able to go in and take a look in another two years."

The young girl nodded earnestly. Then, with a bitter little expression, she held up her thumb to Chen Ye. Next, she extended her right thumb and index finger, pressing her thumb against her left palm while rotating her index finger downward like the hand of a clock. Finally, she pulled her right hand out to the right.

Two years. [That's so long.]

Chen Ye guessed what Jiang Xin meant. He reached out and casually rubbed her head, smiling. "There's no rush for this. I'll take you to do what you want to play with the most first. Stay close."
