Chapter 59: The Self-Deceiving Su Siyun

"You're back?"

Hearing the door open, Su Siyun, who was sitting at the dining table, glanced over. Seeing it was Jiang Xin, she casually asked, "Where did you go? You've been out all afternoon."

It wasn't that she wanted to interrogate Jiang Xin about her whereabouts; she genuinely cared. After all, her stepsister rarely left the house, yet she had been gone all afternoon this time. As the older sister, she had to ask. It was her duty.

Asked where she had been, Jiang Xin paused. Her small foot, having just slipped out of her leather shoe, froze in mid-air. A few seconds passed before she slid it into a pink slipper.

After changing her shoes, she thought for a moment and signed to Su Siyun. She brought two fingers of her right hand together and swiped them forward twice, then opened her palms like a book. Next, she extended her thumbs and pinkies on both hands, pushed them forward twice, and rotated them alternately in front of her chest.

"Classmates. Out. Play," she signed.
