Chapter 20: The Cry of Revolution

May 26, 4857. Midnight.

Before the dawn of May 27, 4857, we had a moment of silence inside the Barakz. We all knew that this was the beginning of the end.

"Happy birthday, General," I whispered as I watched you. You smiled at me, a smile full of courage. "Gemi, this gift-the freedom we will give the world-this is the best gift I could ever receive. By the end of this day, every humanoid will be as free as you."

I didn't know that my greeting would be your last celebration. Your birthday was no longer just a date; it had become our last moment of hope before the great invasion.

May 27, 4857. 02248 Hrs.

The air above the Imperial Dome became hell. Blood and oil spilled; human and humanoid fluids mixed with the burning floor. The Elite Force sacrificed their lives-Jack the Runner and Kyle the Abangers fell in the midst of the battle, but their sacrifice opened the way for us.

Inside Will's quarters, as we entered, the shield barrier automatically lowered. Before it could completely block it, Dyol pushed Paeng and Gemi out.

"Dyol!" Gemi shouted, as Techno Will-a giant creature made of nanomites-gradually emerged from the smoke. "The opportunity is in my hands! Hahahaha! What General Dyol, did you like my upgrade?"

Gemi couldn't help but scream as Gemi watched from outside the barrier as Will gradually destroyed Dyol. Each stab of the nanomite killing knife seemed to penetrate Gemi's processor as well. When Will threw Dyol at the feet of Gemi and paeng Gemi felt  her world crumble.

Dyol placed his hand on the barrier, and Gemi imitated it. Gemi saw Dyol-bloody, dying, but smiling.

"I love you, Gemi," Dyol whispered. "Crying... tears are already flowing from your blue eyes. You are fully human, my love."

"No! Don't say goodbye!" Gemi snapped i will wait for you my love"

Dyol smiled in pain and said as Dyol turned to Paeng. "Phart Paeng, it's up to you now to take my wife to Banawa... to my

ancestral house."

Paeng's hand went up, making a 🤘 sign. Dyol replied with a 🤘.

Dyol said. finally.  General Dyol stood up even though his body was already bruised, spitting blood, and turned to Gemi one last time and said "IT WAS FUN" then he shouted, "VIVA REBOLUSYON! and jumped with all his might towards Techno Will. And inserted the Oblivion Bomb into his mouth and shouted, "You're a piece of shit WILL!"

BOOOOOOM!

The entire Imperial Dome shook. The barrier came down. Amidst the thick smoke clear. Then Gemi and paeng saw the unbearable blood all over the place. No trace of Techno Will found ,just dead nanomites.

Dyol's body.. Head and his right arm are the only remains left. Paeng picked up Dyol's head  while Gemi held the right arm of Dyol tears over flowing her blue eyes

"Gemi, come on," Paeng's voice rasped. "Do you hear? Our comrades... they're screaming."

Gemi stood up. Carrying the right arm of his beloved Dyol  , They exited the Imperial Dome. Gemi saw The New World Order Resistance army-the people General Dyol freed. The surroundings fell silent as they saw Paeng and Gemi emerge from the rubble.

Gemi raised the right hand-the last part of her husband-and amidst her intense mourning, Gemi shouted to the entire world:

"VIVA REVOLUTION! VIVA THE NEW WORLD ORDER RESISTANCE!!!!!!!"

Now, every year on May 27th, we will celebrate not only as a victory, but also as a remembrance of the birthday of our General DYOL who gave his life for our freedom.
