Chapter 50: Rain Crow and Zero, Top Secret Meeting

The metal doors of the lounge opened, and Rain Crow stepped out. His pitch-black cape dragged across the silvery-white floor, resembling the tail of a crow.

He stepped into the elevator, lowered his head, and waited quietly. Before long, he arrived at the thirty-fifth floor of the Hero Company.

The "Hero Control Bureau." Initially, this organization's purpose was to supervise Superheroes and prevent them from committing crimes. When necessary, they would dispatch "Executors" to discipline any Superhero who went out of control.

Beyond this, the Control Bureau had a hidden mission: to eliminate Mythical Carriers all over the world.

Once Mythical Carriers advanced to a certain level, they would inevitably lose control. To the authorities, they were akin to an inevitable, unavoidable disaster.

Yet, ironically, long before the Control Bureau realized the threat posed by Mythical Carriers, two recruited Mythical Carriers had already joined the inner ranks of the Superhero Roundtable.
