Chapter 95 Pervert

Chapter 95: Creep

Cheng Ge lowered his head to look at the other.

That pair of narrow, slanted phoenix eyes, with slightly upturned corners, and light brown pupils carrying a hint of indescribable eeriness.

His purple robe was somewhat loose, his hair half tied up, casually scattered behind him.

Leaning diagonally by the window, a smile curling at the corners of his lips, like a red fox in a snowy winter field.

Cheng Ge felt a chill creeping up his back, unsure if it was because the wind was a bit strong.

He swallowed instinctively and gave a dry, awkward laugh: "Ahaha... still awake?"

As he spoke, he tried to lift his foot, but just as he pulled it back halfway, his ankle was suddenly seized.

Cheng Ge couldn't help but shiver; the cold spread from his ankle all the way up, making goosebumps rise all over his body.

He pulled his foot back again, but the hand gripping it remained motionless.

Well... it seemed he was going to have to take responsibility for this? Forget it, since he had stepped on someone’s hand, running away like this didn’t seem right either.

"Brother, how about two taels of silver? Let's not make a big deal out of this." Cheng Ge bent down slightly and negotiated.

Yun Xunyu raised an eyebrow in surprise at this, lifting his gaze to look at Cheng Ge.

Seeing that he didn’t respond, Cheng Ge assumed he had agreed to settle, and quickly pulled out several banknotes from his sleeve.

He took out a hundred-tael note and handed it to Yun Xunyu. "You owe me ninety-eight taels."

Yun Xunyu's gaze fell on the banknote, and he let out a soft laugh, reaching out to take it.

But just as their fingers touched, Yun Xunyu suddenly pulled him.

Cheng Ge: "Holy shit!"

Caught off guard, Cheng Ge stumbled, his whole body lurching downward.

At that moment, a hand instantly clamped around his waist, yanking him hard, and he tumbled into Yun Xunyu's arms.

Their faces were suddenly inches apart, and Cheng Ge could clearly feel the other’s warm breath on his face.

His eyes widened in panic as he tried to get up, but Yun Xunyu held him tightly, making it impossible to move.

"Five taels, that's the most." Cheng Ge spoke again.

Yun Xunyu's lips curved into a sly, eerie smile. "One thousand taels."

Cheng Ge’s eyes flew wide open, and he cursed in disbelief: "Damn it, why don't you just rob me?"

"Not willing?" With that, a hand crept silently up Cheng Ge's back.

Slithering upward like a wandering snake, it finally coiled around his slender neck.

Cheng Ge: I’m not a sucker.

The fingers reached forward and lightly teased his earlobe, a gesture full of suggestiveness.

Cheng Ge’s body shuddered at the touch; his instincts told him that this person in front of him might be a total weirdo.

"My husband is waiting for me at home, so I won’t hang around and chat."

As he spoke, he raised his hand to push Yun Xunyu away, but then a cold, slippery sensation came from the side of his neck.

A low hissing sound "Sss..." nearly pierced his eardrums. Cheng Ge instinctively lowered his head, only to meet the gaze of a pair of vertical pupils.

The snake was pure white, with only its eyes a vivid red. It was now coiled over Cheng Ge’s collarbone, its forked tongue flicking lazily against his Adam’s apple.

Cheng Ge’s eyes bulged, his heart nearly leaping out of his throat, almost feeling like he was about to die right there.

Just as he thought the snake was about to strike, its tail hooked around his neck, and its head curiously probed down inside his collar.

Cheng Ge: "!!!"

Cheng Ge now dared not move a muscle. He’d never been bitten by a snake before.

But he figured no normal person would enjoy being tangled up with such a creature.

"Bro… brother, please help me get it off." Cheng Ge’s eyes reddened with fear as he looked up to Yun Xunyu for help.

Yun Xunyu watched Cheng Ge’s terrified expression and really enjoyed it.

He slowly leaned down, and asked with a leisurely smile: "Why should I help you?"

Cheng Ge couldn’t come up with an answer. He could clearly feel the thing coiled around his waist, sending chills straight to his core.

"I… I’ll give you all my silver, and this too."

Cheng Ge handed Yun Xunyu a few banknotes and three pieces of peanut shortbread wrapped in a handkerchief.

Yun Xunyu didn’t take them. He tilted his head slightly. "I don’t like eating these."

Cheng Ge gritted his teeth, cold sweat pouring down his forehead. "Then what do you want? I’ll treat you next time."

Yun Xunyu let out a soft laugh and asked back: "What do you think I came to the Emerald Cloud Pavilion for?"

It hit Cheng Ge like a ton of bricks. Now he understood exactly what the other meant.

His expression turned panicked. "I can’t do that. I have a husband. I’ll give you silver, you can find another girl."

But Yun Xunyu kept at it, still smiling. "But… I don’t like other girls. What should I do?"

Cheng Ge was completely out of options, and immediately went into confession mode: "To be honest with you, I’m actually a man. I’m probably bigger down there than you."

Yun Xunyu’s fingertip traced his neck, and the snake slowly slithered out from his collar, then quickly wound back around Cheng Ge’s neck.

"Oh… I see." Yun Xunyu’s tone carried a smile, making Cheng Ge extremely uncomfortable.

Just as he was about to say something more,

Yun Xunyu tilted his head, leaned slightly closer, a faint, elusive smile in his eyes.

"Then I’ll tell you a secret too. Actually… my feelings are exactly the same as yours, my dear…"

Cheng Ge’s eyes flew wide in shock. "Holy shit! Gay!!!"

Now Cheng Ge didn’t care anymore. Without a second thought, he grabbed the white snake around his neck and flung it hard against the wall.

Bracing his hands on the windowsill, he kicked Yun Xunyu in the stomach, rolled over, and grabbed the window ledge.

Immediately transforming into a Mount Emei hometown buddy, as if possessed by the Great Sage Equal to Heaven, he scurried down the building at lightning speed.

Yun Xunyu hadn’t expected such a strong reaction; caught off guard, he stumbled back a few steps from the force of the kick.

By the time he steadied himself, Cheng Ge was already gone. With a rueful smile, he leaned against the window and looked down.

He watched the figure sprinting away into the night until it vanished.

Yun Xunyu looked away, looked down at the embroidered shoes by his feet, and gently beckoned to the wall.

The white snake, which had been lying stiffly against the wall, immediately wriggled over and obediently coiled around his wrist.

Now it neither flicked its tongue nor lifted its head; instead, it hung listlessly over his hand.

Yun Xunyu gently stroked the snake’s head, his gaze tender, a complete contrast to his earlier teasing manner. He chuckled softly, “Next time, I’ll bring you to see him.”

Meanwhile, Cheng Ge ran all the way until he was sure he had shaken off Yun Xunyu. He stopped, hands on his knees, panting heavily.

“What the hell? How did I run into such a freak?” he said, patting his chest, still shaken up.
