Chapter 87: Time Passes.

12 minutes 11 seconds, Kill Count: 11.

Points: 140.

Xiao Fen straightened up. In front of him, a group of even burlier Mutated Creatures rushed up again.

The speed of these Mutated Creatures was obviously faster than those defending on the bridge just now, their reactions were sharper, and the fungal flagella on their bodies were sparser.

Individual Mutated Creatures even fired a few shots. Thanks to the lack of coordination between these creatures, most of the bullets hit their own kind on the back, and the bullets that occasionally passed through the monster group were still quite a distance from Xiao Fen.

In terms of strength, these were a group of Mutated Creatures above level 0 but not yet reaching level 1; killing them was not an easy task.

Xiao Fen had suffered some injuries when slaughtering level 0 Mutated Creatures in the nuclear bunker earlier; facing these swarming opponents, the chance of injury was even greater.

If not for the bulletproof vest protecting his vitals, Xiao Fen would not have been able to fight so freely now, completely disregarding damage to his body.

Although several wounds had appeared on his limbs, Xiao Fen was careful to avoid being stabbed directly, so his combat power was not greatly affected.

Instead, he was injured consecutively and fought with rage. The Withered Flower in his hands flew up and down. In just one minute, several dark Mutated Creature corpses were already lying around him.

At this point, it was even less possible for Xiao Fen to retreat slightly and rest.

He pushed off with his legs again. Before those Mutated Creatures in the back could figure out how to fire or change magazines, Xiao Fen had already rushed to their side. With two “puff” sounds, he settled two more.

There was one more that seemed to be stunned by Xiao Fen’s murderous aura and froze. Naturally, Xiao Fen would not wait for it to react. He sank his body suddenly and slammed his shoulder into the abdomen of this Mutated Creature.

In the past, Xiao Fen’s strength would definitely not have moved this Mutated Creature. Even though his strength Attribute had increased by 5, his original strength Attribute was not high enough to knock over a humanoid body weighing nearly one hundred kilograms.

But now his impact speed was extremely fast, coupled with the “Rage” triggered at some unknown time, the result was that the current Mutated Creature with a huge build was knocked back repeatedly.

Only a few “chi chi” sounds were heard as the monsters surging up behind ignorantly stabbed their weapons into the bodies of their own kind. Besides that, a few bullets also hit the shield in front of Xiao Fen.

“You killed a Mold Polluter, gained 10 points.”

“You killed a Mold Polluter, gained 10 points, streak bonus 1 point.”

“You killed a Mold Polluter, gained 10 points, streak bonus 2 points.”

New text kept appearing in front of Xiao Fen, but Xiao Fen couldn’t be bothered with these things. Now in his mind, apart from clearing out as many opponents as possible, there was almost nothing else to think about.

Just as the Mutated Creature in front of him was held back by the bayonets from behind and couldn’t advance, Xiao Fen suddenly retreated, lifting the Withered Flower in his left hand. Starting from the crotch, he performed a disembowelment on that Mutated Creature.

With a “puff,” the corrupted internal organs accumulated in the Mutated Creature’s body flowed out almost simultaneously. If Xiao Fen hadn’t retreated in time, these organs and pus would have splashed all over him.

Having solved the monster in front of him, Xiao Fen didn’t stop his hands. His right hand suddenly threw the other Withered Flower in his hand, knocking back the monster that was re-thrusting its bayonet at him from a meter away.

Although Xiao Fen hadn’t learned talents like weapon throwing, the distance between him and the monster was too close, requiring no aiming at all to hit the opponent.

Therefore, this flying dagger throw easily pierced the opponent’s body without much effort.

That Mutated Creature attempted to use the longer reach of the bayonet to attack Xiao Fen while he hadn’t fully retracted his strength and couldn’t turn to launch a new close-range attack.

It didn’t expect Xiao Fen to suddenly throw the dagger in his hand. Without making any defense, it was hit in the chest by the Withered Flower, stumbled back a few steps, fell to the ground, and turned into a black corpse.

At the same time, the Withered Flower thrown by Xiao Fen also shattered with a “bang” on the corpse, the result of durability dropping to zero.

Xiao Fen smiled slightly, suddenly crouched down, and picked up the pistol dropped by the large Mutated Creature he had knocked over earlier.

Just now, in the process of selecting a target for slaughter, Xiao Fen had seen that the firearm in the hand of this big guy was the best preserved. In fact, four or five of the bullets shot over earlier were fired from this pistol.

These Mutated Creatures still had some intelligence, knowing that after firing bullets, they needed to change magazines.

Xiao Fen seized the moment when this large Mutated Creature finished loading a new magazine to launch another assault.

While successfully using the opponent to block a new wave of attacks and taking the opportunity to eliminate it, he also kicked the gun, dropped on the ground due to the impact, to his feet.

At this moment, he picked it up. Without any adjustment, he fired a shot at the head of the Mutated Creature that was close at hand and thrusting a bayonet at him.

With a “bang,” the Mutated Creature was only about a meter away from Xiao Fen. At this distance, it was too easy for Xiao Fen to score a headshot.

The Mutated Creature retreated a few steps, a large hole opened in the back of its head, and it was clear it could not live.

Xiao Fen did not hesitate, fired two more “bang bang” shots with a backhand, overturning two new opponents rushing over.

Then his body crouched again, and he charged forward. Before the ranged attacking Mutated Creatures could react, he had already rushed in front of them.

The dagger in his left hand suddenly threw out the Withered Flower. With another “puff,” he actually opened a wound on the neck of the Mutated Creature that had fired earlier. Blood and pus splattered everywhere. The Mutated Creature knelt softly, and the gun in its hand fell to the ground.

Xiao Fen rolled on the spot, picked up another pistol, and fired continuously at the melee Mutated Creatures that he had thrown behind him and had just reacted.

It wasn’t until the remaining bullets in the two pistols were completely emptied that he took a step back, took out a new dagger from his backpack, and coldly looked at the battlefield.

The last melee Mutated Creature in this wave swayed and finally fell backward to the sky.

At the same time, the other Withered Flower also shattered with a “bang” on the neck of that Mutated Creature.
