Chapter 110: Beautiful Woman Liu Yun

"Holy crap, a million in medical fees!" Lin Meng’s heart instantly burned with excitement. He wondered how many bottles of Beauty Liquid he would have to sell to earn that much.

He told himself he had to stay calm. He couldn’t let people think he cared so much about money.

Forcing himself to maintain his composure, Lin Meng put on an unimpressed expression, ready to agree.

However, Guo Heng spoke up again, his tone sincere. "Mr. Lin, if one million isn’t enough, two million is fine too!"

He just added another million! Lin Meng thought, wondering if all rich people were this arbitrary with their wealth.

Lin Meng deeply realized the vast gap between people. Two million. That was more money than the villagers could earn in several lifetimes combined. Yet from Guo Heng’s mouth, it was just a simple number.

"Alright then, I can go give it a try. But I can’t guarantee absolute success," Lin Meng nodded in agreement.

He and Guo Lin didn’t have a life-or-death grudge to begin with. And even if they did, who would have a problem with two million?

"Thank you so much, Mr. Lin. Shall we head over now?" Guo Heng asked respectfully, a hint of joy appearing on his face.

"Sure." Lin Meng agreed directly, wanting to get his hands on the two million as soon as possible.

"Lin Meng, do you want me to..." Zhu Yan was worried Guo Heng was setting a trap and wanted to accompany him.

Lin Meng saw through her thoughts and smiled reassuringly. "Sister Yan, don’t worry. I’ll protect myself. Just wait for me at home."

"Alright, be careful." Zhu Yan hesitated for a moment before nodding gently.

Afterward, Lin Meng left with Guo Heng and arrived at a BMW parked outside the residential area.

"Mr. Lin, please get in." Guo Heng took the initiative to open the rear door.

Lin Meng got in, appearing incredibly calm.

However, Guo Heng felt somewhat uneasy. Lin Meng was so young; no matter how one looked at it, he didn’t resemble a reclusive medical master. Although he was right about Guo Lin’s terminal illness, no one could be sure if it was just a lucky guess. But Guo Lin was his only son. Conventional medical treatments were completely useless, so he had no choice but to grasp at straws and hope for a miracle!

About forty minutes later, Guo Heng parked the car at a villa and led Lin Meng inside.

"We’re here, Mr. Lin. This is my home," Guo Heng said as they walked. "My son was originally hospitalized, but the doctors said staying in the hospital was useless, so he might as well come home and enjoy what time he has left."

Lin Meng listened silently, but his attention was drawn to the villa’s surroundings.

Damn it.

The lives of the rich were unbelievably blissful. He had never even heard of such a luxurious villa before. If he could build one in the village and have Pan Qiaolian, Sister Mengqing, Sister Lingshan, and even his stepmother live in it... Life would be absolute paradise.

"Mom, I really don’t want to die! I’m still young. There are so many things I haven’t done yet, and I haven’t even fulfilled my filial duties to you and Dad. I really don’t want to die."

Suddenly, a man’s tearful voice rang out.

Lin Meng snapped out of his thoughts and realized they had arrived at the door of a bedroom.

Inside, Guo Lin was lying in a sickbed. Compared to a few days ago, he looked like a completely different person. Not only had he lost a significant amount of weight, but his entire being seemed drained of life and energy.

Beside Guo Lin, a beautiful woman who looked to be only in her thirties was softly comforting him. "Don’t be afraid, son. Your father has already gone to invite the man who spotted your illness. Perhaps he can cure you."

"Honey, I’ve brought him," Guo Heng said, his eyes red as he strode into the room.

Hearing his voice, both Guo Lin and the beautiful woman turned their heads.

"Mr. Lin, you’re finally here! What happened last time was my fault, and I apologize to you," Guo Lin cried out. When he spotted Lin Meng, it was as if he had grabbed a lifeline. He broke down in tears and pleaded, "Please, save my miserable life! As long as you can save me, I’m willing to do anything for you! SOB SOB SOB!"

Although they knew their son was terrified of dying, seeing him act so shamefully caused Guo Heng’s and the beautiful woman’s faces to darken.

"Mr. Lin, let me introduce you first. This is my wife, Liu Yun," Guo Heng said, facilitating the introductions. "Honey, this is Mr. Lin."

"Mr. Lin, we’ll be troubling you with my son’s illness." Liu Yun forced a smile and took the initiative to reach out her hand.

"Ahem, I’ll do my best." Lin Meng shook hands with Liu Yun, unable to stop himself from taking a few extra glances at her.

Perhaps because she was in her own home, she was wearing only a pink slip nightdress that wrapped around her body like soft petals, unable to conceal her bursting allure. Her deep, inviting cleavage appeared exceptionally fair and tender against the pink satin, involuntarily drawing one’s gaze. Her beautiful legs were incredibly smooth and delicate, exuding a soft, luminous glow under the warm light.

Coupled with her dignified yet sexy face, her charm was simply off the charts.

Lin Meng simply couldn’t associate this woman with the identity of Guo Lin’s mother.

"Mr. Lin, how do you plan to treat my son?" Guo Heng asked, coughing lightly.

Only then did Lin Meng snap back to reality. He hastily withdrew his hand and feigned nonchalance. "Acupuncture will do. Do you have silver needles at home?"

"We don’t, but I’ll have someone buy them right away." Guo Heng took out his phone and immediately gave the orders.

"Mr. Lin, can you really cure me?" Guo Lin asked, his voice filled with anticipation.

"I’m about seventy to eighty percent certain," Lin Meng said, not daring to make absolute promises.

Even so, that was enough to make Guo Heng and Liu Yun’s eyes light up.

Guo Lin was even more thrilled. "Mr. Lin, thank you so much! If you can really cure me, you’ll be my actual father!"

"You brat, what the hell are you saying?!" Guo Heng’s face instantly turned black.

What kind of nonsense was this bastard spouting?!

Realizing he had misspoken, Guo Lin shrank his neck in guilt.

Over ten minutes later, the silver needles were brought back.

After Lin Meng received them, he first sterilized them and then ordered Guo Lin to strip completely naked.

Worried about his safety, neither Guo Heng nor Liu Yun left the room.

"Mom, could you step out for a moment? I... I’m a bit embarrassed." Being stared at by three people while entirely naked—especially by a woman who was his own mother—made Guo Lin incredibly awkward.

"You brat, I watched you grow up since you were a baby! There isn’t a single part of your body I haven’t seen. What’s there to be embarrassed about?!" Liu Yun glared at him with her beautiful eyes.

Guo Lin didn’t dare say another word and resentfully shut his mouth.

"That’s more like it," Liu Yun scoffed softly and sat down to the side.

However, perhaps out of a woman’s natural curiosity, she couldn’t help but sneak a peek at her son’s nether regions.

Seeing that tiny, earthworm-like thing, a hint of worry appeared in Liu Yun’s eyes. She hadn’t expected her son’s endowment to resemble his father’s so closely.

Needless to say, his future wife would definitely be repulsed by it.

Unaware of her thoughts, Lin Meng’s expression turned serious, a flash of golden light passing through his eyes.

With the enhancement of the Yin-Yang X-ray Eye, he quickly became thoroughly familiar with the acupuncture points on Guo Lin’s body.

Then, he began the first round of treatment!
