Listening to the commotion coming from next door, Lin Meng and Xia Tiantian both found their breathing growing heavy.

Lin Meng knew that if he kept teasing her, he’d cross the line. He leaned closer and wrapped an arm around Xia Tiantian’s waist. "Tiantian, I was just joking with you. How could I fantasize about the woman next door? No matter how pretty she is, she could never compare to you in my heart!"

Feeling the searing heat of Lin Meng’s palm, Xia Tiantian tensed up, but she felt a sweet warmth blooming inside her. "Are... are you telling the truth?"

"Of course," Lin Meng said without hesitation. "We grew up together since we were in diapers. Don’t you believe me?"

"That’s more like it." A smile finally graced Xia Tiantian’s face.

Just then, the commotion from the room next door suddenly grew more intense.
