Chapter 50

Chapter 50

The elder immediately spent lavishly to comfort the young model he was keeping after returning home.

This comfort cost him over two hundred thousand yuan, making him wince for quite a while.

In recent years, he had indulged in various adult entertainment venues abroad, often buying rounds for everyone just to show off. As a result, his bank account now only held these last few hundred thousand yuan.

Now, even this final sum was given to the young model, leaving the elder hoping that participating in "Idol University" would earn him the millions needed to replenish his funds.

Looking at the young model acting coy as she leaned on him, the elder smiled and caressed her inner thigh.

"Oh, how naughty!"

The young model giggled coquettishly.

Feeling extremely satisfied, the elder pressed her down and exhaled heavily, "Then let me be naughty with you!"

The elder felt incredibly pleased. He had not only pacified the young model but also preserved his reputation and kept her around to serve him!

Moreover, the production team now owed him a favor!

It couldn't get any better!

.

Since the official filming would start tomorrow, Yi Tiantian rested in the hotel arranged by the production team tonight.

The teaser episode had already been released online and garnered significant attention.

However, it also sparked heated discussions.

The teaser episode of "Idol University Season Three" briefly showed some scenes from the live stream earlier that morning.

These scenes depicted the elder scolding Yi Tiantian, though the production team had edited out his controversial remarks.

Thus, the final scene looked like this:

The elder glared fiercely at Yi Tiantian, pointing at her and shouting, "Not focusing on honing your acting skills but thinking of these crooked ways! How can you qualify to teach others?!"

The screen then displayed a caption: The Strict Elder!

Meanwhile, Yi Tiantian, who was being criticized, remained calm, and even the other two guests, Cheng Zhi and Gang Fengxing, had slight smiles on their lips.

This gave the impression that these younger celebrities were disrespectful to the elder, an experienced actor!

The teaser episode immediately caused dissatisfaction among online viewers.

Laughing: ?? Is this the teaser episode of "Idol University"? Why are the guests in this season so disrespectful?! What did Yi Tiantian do to deserve such harsh words from the elder?!

Good Photo: I'm avoiding this season! This show is ruined with these three guests! They're all so disrespectful to their senior; it's really disappointing!!

Ancient Wisdom: I've never liked Yi Tiantian. She's always trending, and I think her title as the 'Entertainment Industry Judge' is just marketing hype! Now she's been exposed by the elder! Serves her right!

The comments section was overwhelmingly in favor of the elder.

To the audience, the elder symbolized authority. As a veteran actor, his words were considered gospel and could never be wrong!

Even Yi Tiantian, with her massive fan base, was no match for someone of his stature.

Many of Yi Tiantian's fans also expressed their thoughts in the comment section.

Yiqing Xiao Chao: I'm a fan of Yi Tiantian, and I think what happened was indeed her fault. She must have done something outrageous to make the elder angry! I apologize on behalf of Tiantian and her fans for disappointing everyone!

Mian Dian Dian: What are you talking about? Are you the official spokesperson? Can you please stop representing Yi Tiantian and her fans?

Lalaland: Exactly! We don't even know the reason yet! What if the elder was upset about something else? Some people are jumping to conclusions too quickly!

The last comment was bombarded with criticism, with many accusing Yi Tiantian of becoming arrogant since her rise to fame!

Even the person in charge of the production team, upon seeing the online sentiment, was considering whether to replace Yi Tiantian temporarily.

Yi Tiantian also saw the storm of criticism that had erupted online because of her.

Her private messages were filled with insults.

At this moment, Yi Tiantian received a call from her agent, Brother Cheng.

Before Brother Cheng could speak, Yi Tiantian said, "I know about what's happening online."

"Putting aside the online situation, I received a call from someone named Liang Bao."

Brother Cheng's voice carried a hint of seriousness.

"Liang Bao? The top idol who was sexually harassed under the guise of a teacher-student relationship by the elder?"

Yi Tiantian thought to herself.

"Liang Bao said he watched the live stream of 'Idol University Season Three' yesterday and admired your resilience in the face of his vicious remarks. So, he decided to expose everything about the elder."

Brother Cheng explained carefully.

"Liang Bao has endured for so long because he wasn't strong enough to confront the elder directly."

"Now that he has become one of the top idols in the country and has the power to challenge the elder, plus seeing the elder's hypocritical behavior during the live stream, he has decided to expose him!"

"Does he need me to do anything?"

Yi Tiantian asked cautiously.

"This is true; he just saw that the online pressure was too much, so he gave us a heads-up early on, telling you not to feel too burdened during the show recording."

Brother Cheng explained.

"Speaking of teaching and nurturing students, Liang Bao would be an excellent teacher! Not only is his professional knowledge solid, but his personality is also very refined and easygoing!"

"And the acting school he'll establish in the future will be far better than that of this immoral old man, Yuan Ren!"

Yi Tiantian thought to herself.

After hearing this, Brother Cheng, who had been skeptical, felt reassured.

It seems Liang Bao has good character; we can work together in the future!

"Alright, that's all I wanted to say. The show starts filming tomorrow, right? Get some rest, Tiantian!"

Brother Cheng hung up after giving his instructions.

"Okay, Brother Cheng."

The online sentiment fermented overnight, with many people stating they wouldn't watch the live broadcast of *Idol University Season 3* the next day, and they were trying to convince others to do the same.

Although the old-timer Yuan Ren wasn't very familiar with social media platforms like Weibo, which are more popular among the younger generation, he did understand a bit.

The young model nestled in his arms was scrolling through Yuan Ren's phone, reading out comments: "Everyone wait and see, there won't be many viewers for the live broadcast tomorrow. We're boycotting this disrespectful variety show!"

Yuan Ren smirked smugly upon hearing this.

While he did have his faults, the entertainment industry is ruthless!

A minor celebrity with only fame and no status could never stand up to him!

The next day, the live broadcast of *Idol University Season 3* began. The screen showed Yi Tiantian and the other two guests heading to Brand University of the Arts by car.

Yuan Ren was still fast asleep, but the young model beside him had already woken up. She grabbed his phone and opened the live stream of *Idol University*.

Seeing the handsome Gang Fengxing on the screen, she couldn't help but drool.

Then she looked at the elderly Yuan Ren beside her, who reeked of old age, and felt waves of disgust.

She refocused on the live stream, her eyes glued to Gang Fengxing, her cheeks flushed.

Whoever could win the heart of such a handsome man like Gang Fengxing would be incredibly lucky!

Every time the camera focused on Gang Fengxing, he looked deeply into the distance, and the young model imagined herself in his place.

But then, the camera shifted to the person beside Gang Fengxing—Yi Tiantian.

The young model recognized Yi Tiantian, who often appeared on trending topics, but didn't know much about her, so she continued watching.

Yi Tiantian, who had woken up too early, rubbed her sleepy eyes.

Seeing this, Gang Fengxing patted his shoulder: "Come on, it's still early. Brother Tiantian, lean on me and get some more sleep."

At this point, the young model let out a scream.

How gentlemanly of Gang Fengxing!

She couldn't imagine how blissful it would be if she were Yi Tiantian!

This scream woke up the snoring Yuan Ren beside her.

"What... what?!"

Yuan Ren sat up, startled.

The young model turned and saw him drooling, feeling a wave of nausea.

But thinking of the over 200,000 yuan, she endured it and said sweetly, "Honey, the live broadcast of *Idol University Season 3* has started."

Hearing this, Yuan Ren smiled arrogantly.

Once this live broadcast ends, the production team will realize how important he is in the entertainment industry!

Yesterday, countless people on Weibo boycotted today's live broadcast, so the viewership must be low!

Definitely lower than the first and second seasons!

Breaking from his smugness, Yuan Ren suddenly snatched the phone from the young model and demanded, "I'm not even part of this show, why are you watching it and increasing their popularity?!"

The young model quickly leaned against him, cooing, "I'm just checking how terrible their viewership is on the first day of the live broadcast!"

Hearing this, Yuan Ren felt relieved.

He happily looked at the viewership numbers on the phone screen while fantasizing about how arrogant he would be when he returned to the show.

But when he saw the exact number, he was stunned.

"Is this 3 million the viewership?"

Yuan Ren asked incredulously.

The young model glanced at the number and replied, "No, that's the number of viewers!"

Yuan Ren sighed with relief.

The viewership for the first and second seasons was around 2 million. This third season without him couldn't possibly surpass them!

But then the young model pointed at the screen and exclaimed loudly, "This 10 million is the viewership!"
