Chapter 19

Muyao TV. The director's angry voice came from the conference room.

"What are you guys doing? Why did such an outstanding talent like Li Jianyu resign?! Why did he change the variety show proposal he submitted to another director?! "

The others looked at each other but did not dare to say anything.

Everyone knew what was going on. It was nothing more than a factional dispute in the station. Everyone was on the same side, but Li Jianyu did not. That was why he was pranked and the variety show was given to Director Chen.

But who would have thought that Li Jianyu was so capable that he could persuade Shi Sui to participate in his variety show?!

Previously, the director did not care about him, but now, he had become an outstanding talent.

"Ahem, Director, this matter has already come to this. Instead of worrying about this, why don't we think about how to bring the popularity back to our new variety show?" The bald boss who forced Li Jianyu to leave said with a smile.

The director said with a straight face, "Tell me, what do you think?"

"Li Jianyu's' Two Under One Roof 'variety show only has Shi Sui and Xiangyi as permanent guests. Although Shi Sui is popular, Xiangyi is just a D-list celebrity. In addition, I've investigated and found that the guests they've contacted so far are all second and third-tier celebrities and some old artists …"

"Get to the point."

"Okay, okay." The man wiped the cold sweat off his forehead and sped up. "Our 'Heartbeat' can be compared to their new variety show. Isn't it just a live variety show? We can do it too! And we can do it before they do!

In addition, our guest resources are also richer than theirs. We can invite some popular idols or artists who are highly talked about.

This way, our 'Heartbeat' will be able to make a name for itself, while their 'Two Under One Roof' will have nothing to show for it other than Shi Sui. We'll beat them at their own game, and the popularity and viewership ratings will ultimately belong to us! "

Director Chen echoed, "Yeah, they're just a small-scale variety show. How can it compare to our variety show produced by our satellite TV? We can adopt a live broadcast model and use the material to edit it into a full-length film and broadcast it on the weekend during prime time. We can ride on the momentum of the live variety show and take advantage of it! "

The deputy director was a strong career woman. She was dressed in an exquisite and professional suit. She frowned. "That's not very appropriate. They were the ones who suggested the live broadcast variety show."

The bald man retorted, "So what? Don't tell me that if others eat, the rest of us can't eat? "

The deputy station head sneered, "You're more like a beggar."

"Hey, you've gone too far. That's a personal attack!"

"…"

Seeing that both parties were about to quarrel, the Station Head said in a low voice, "That's enough. Let's do as we discussed. The station will give you a green light. You must get the variety show Heartbeat out as soon as possible!"
