Chapter 350 – The New Heir

“Reiko-chan, good work!”

When I headed to our usual observation room, where everyone gathered after the first round of the Ootori Presidents’ Association meeting, Yoko-chan welcomed me with her customary light hug.

It was starting to feel like a regular occurrence. Lately, she has been clinging to me quite often, not just here but during our lessons and at various other times as well.

Apparently, ever since Yoko-chan and Ryuichi-kun’s twin younger brother and sister were born, her parents had been too busy to give her much attention. She would have liked to shower her little siblings with affection instead, but as a proper young lady, even that was expected to be kept within reason. These past few years had apparently been a little lonely for her.

As far as I was concerned, the reason was so trivial that
