Chenxin looked at Taishi, who stood beneath a field of stars overhead, and a hint of a smile curled at his lips. He glanced toward the far north and continued, “Your Yaotian Domain is about to be incorporated into devil territory as well. Two of the nine great Domains are already gone. Was it worth it?”

“This Emperor’s Demon-Suppressing Army has not yet been wiped out, and the Demon-Hunting Camp has not yet perished. How can Chengtian Domain be said to have fallen into the demon race’s hands? Yaotian Domain remains under the rule of my human race as well.”

Taishi’s reply was steeped in indifference, utterly unmoved.

“That is no longer for you alone to decide!”

With a cold laugh, Chenxin raised his hands into a seal. Demonic purple light surged into his pupils, demon clouds gathered once more across the void, stretching for millions of li, and his aura began to rise without end. His violet robes whipped violently in the gale like a demon god descending into the world.

“Wherever my demon race reaches, that land is demon soil!”

That shout, like a storm of thunder, shook the Ninth Heaven. Every surviving human in Xianwu City, including several Demon-Suppressing Marshals, lost control of their minds almost instantly and was stripped of the strength to move. Only after a few breaths did they gradually recover.

Deep in the Boundless Demon Domain, tens of millions of li away, the Demon Emperor Palace trembled violently. The Myriad Demon Ruler bore an unimaginable might, enough to split the entire Lingyang Realm apart. The invisible connections between the nine great Domains were being severed layer by layer, with no possibility of ever being rejoined.

The boundary between Chengtian Domain and the Boundless Demon Domain gradually blurred, as though the whole landmass were slowly merging into the Boundless Demon Domain.

Taishi stared indifferently at the scene before him. Suddenly, his hand loosened, and at the same moment the dozens of Human Emperors around him likewise withdrew the Emperor laws that had been suppressing the starfield.
